The project manager on the phone was very informative and she scheduled a free on site estimate with a Senior staff. They arrived at the scheduled time, took the time to discuss the process and products that will be used and or provided information regarding the benefits of spray foam insulation. Within hours of the site visit I received an email with a proposal along with information on the product and company. Since their prices were very reasonable we decided to schedule the work which took several days to be completed . During the project, the Sr. Manager stopped by the property to ensure the project is on schedule and to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I can't begin to describe what a difference this insulation has made to my property. My energy bills have reduced by almost 40%, my tenants have told me how much quieter their apartments are and its overall a more comfortable living experience.
