About Us
greenGoat is a public charity committed to accepting donations of unwanted building materials. Our passion for stemming the tide of waste during construction results in potential tax advantages, a much lighter dumpster, and a happier planet.
Founded in 2001, our projects have ranged from kitchen and bath re-distributions to a 15,000 s.f. Edwardian mansion. We have rescued over 1200 tons in residential projects alone.
Awards
Eileen Fisher Women Empowerment Grant (2014), featured speaker Innovate Boston (2014), featured speaker BAC's Sustainability Leadership Program, (2014), Mass Recycle's Recycler of the Year (Residential) 2011.
