My sister-in-law who had mirrors installed by your family company recommended your company to me. Before I heard of your business I was undecided about what type of mirrors to purchase for my 2 condo bathrooms. I went to Home Goods, Home Depot and Lowes. They did not have a selection to choose from at all. I went to your place of business and the woman at the desk was very helpful. I decided to replace the mirrors with the same plain type mirrors I had. The woman informed me that I could put beveled edging on the mirrors and showed me a sample of the beveled edging. I decided right away that I wanted the beveled edging. The installers were highly professional and very cordial. My family and I just love the beveled edge mirrors. Chipped my tile during installation after I caught there two employees on the side of my house doing something they should not have been and refused to acknowledge the situation for over a year. Highly recommend another company that holds there customers to a higher standard especially after paying 18-1900 dollars for a shower door. The issue was addressed to the employees and calls were made to them that following day. It’s been a year. Find someone else. They claim to have insurance and that this wouldn’t have been an issue but apparently it was since I have yet to hear from them since. Literally use ANYONE ELSE!!!
