The NILES team thoroughly helped me transform my vision of building a professional recording studio into a reality. Josh Niles himself was hands on and flexible with my needs, while his team did a wonderful job fulfilling all the details of the build. Although initially hampered by the unexpected COVID situation in 2020, NILES helped me accomplish everything within my budget and timeline. I would highly recommend not only for studio builds, but for any specialized home builds/projects that require top notch craftsmanship and good communication.

We partnered with the NILES team to build Graybox Nashville in 2019-20 and couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the results and the ease of the process. The NILES team is utterly professional in every sense of the word. We brought our rough, initial design thoughts and dreams for the studio to NILES, and they turned those into a reality that was better than we could've hoped for. From start to finish, the NILES team demonstrated professionalism - consistent and clear communication (something we've never experienced with previous builders), accurate budget numbers that were never shifted around, timely delivery of a finished product (even through pandemic madness), excellent workmanship throughout all phases of the build, and an overall easy/enjoyable experience throughout. We loved our time working with NILES and would gladly to partner together again in the future.
