Rescon Basement Solutions

I moved into a new home 3 years ago and have been having water leak into the basement for the past two years due to a bad concrete patio and a crack in the precast steps. The Rescon crew came out quickly to assess the situation and provide a very reasonable invoice. One of the nice things about this project is that this was an invoice, not an estimate. Tim and the crew that came to the house to do the project ran into a few issues that needed to be taken care of on site such as a vent that needed to be moved and a wiring issue that needed to be resolved. These items were all taken care of at no additional cost. I can't say for sure that the leakage has stopped as there has been no rain, but the work that was done looks great and was done professionally. I would certainly recommend Rescon for any bulkhead issues!

Had an excellent experience with Rescon after some basement flooding. They re-leveled our concrete flooring in our basement laundry room, and installed their custom PVC tiling thereafter. We also purchased an industrial Santa Fe dehumidifier which they installed. Ray, their rep, was knowledgeable and patient. The two workmen who came to the house were friendly, thorough, and efficient. There was quite a delay between making our 30% deposit and hearing from anyone about scheduling, so my only constructive criticism is that it would be great if their scheduling department at least provided a courtesy call to let you know the invoice had been received.
