I cannot say enough about Brian. I initially hired him to seal my home off from rodents as I am terrified of any critters. I feel completely ' safe' from these nuisances now! While assessing our home for critters, Brian also notices some mold and other minor issues that needed to be rectified. I wish Brian was my neighbor so I could have him on call 24/7!!

I have hired Thoroughspect to tackle many issues in my 1920's home over the past few years, ranging from mouse/bat/squirrel infestation to humidity/moisture issues (which had been causing mold growth). I cannot say enough good things about Thoroughspect or its owner, Brian. He and his team are professional, knowledgeable, and capable. If there were more contractors like Thoroughspect around, the world would be a much better place.
