Tile It Like It Is

We had “Tile Like It Is” remodel our 2 outdated bathrooms. Charlene is not only a talented, reliable contractor, she is a true artist. She met with us, went over our concerns, assisted with the design and helped us make excellent choices in bathroom fixtures, tile and color. We have absolutely no design gene in our DNA but that was not an issue with Charlene. She consulted with us when she wanted to tweak the original draft and her recommendations were always much better (and greatly appreciated).

Char does great work. She has the eye of an artist and makes suggestions to enhance the project. She adds details that you would never have thought of that make the project great. She has many years of experience and it shows in the straight lines and spacing. She brings projects in on time and on budget. She is easy to work with. I highly recommend her.

I hired Tile It Like It Is for a new 1/2 bath project. Charlene, the owner impressed me with her detailed consultation about the project, helpful suggestions and a quick understanding of my ideas for the room. Her estimate was fair and she gave me a specific timeline for the completion. The work was done methodically and with much attention to detail and was finished on time. I tried to stay out of the way and not "look over her shoulder", but Charlene would often have me take a look to make sure I was happy. The work area was always kept clean and neat. Charlene has worked for us over the past ten years, completing five bathrooms, two kitchens and two fireplaces. She designed a tile surround for our antique stove that everyone admires. I would never embark on a renovation project without her advice and assistance. Her design taste is impeccable. Her advice about where to spend and where to save is always right on target, and the quality of her work is excellent. I am pleased to say that we have an incredible person we refer on a lot of our custom projects ,who is reliable and incredible at what she does. She is an incredible designer as well as the installer who is easy to work with and has a good eye for colors. She pays attention to detail and will only do it right the first time. Tile it Like it Is installed a lovely backsplash in my kitchen. The tiles I chose, and the condition of the wall, made it a complicated job. The results were perfect. Charlene was reliable, professional, and is obviously talented at her chosen craft. I would recommend her for any job.
