Val helped us every step of the way with our project. We have been operating out of 2 12x20 sheds without air conditioning. She acquirerd our building for us, 16x40, and then finished it out to turn into a work space for our employees. Literally all we had to do was sign for it and pay! SHe was able to take care of purchase and the specs of the building. It took away the stress of having a project this size!! She did such a great job and was quick and efficient. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking to have a building or shed finished out! Val did an excellent job and the work was done in a timely and professional manner. She was really great with understanding our needs and then bringing them to life! Top notch professional service and was great to work with. Communication and transparency was a huge plus with us! The worspcae is really beautiful and we'd definitely have her come do future projects for us!!!

I hired Valor Properties to construct a metal building for my goats. The building came on a truck in a million pieces with vague instructions. It seemed like a huge undertaking. The metal building supplier gave me a list of contractors but no one was willing to take the time to construct a smaller project. Valor Properties was happy to help. The building went to up quickly and neatly. My goats had a warm dry place to stay.
