Founded in 2009, Rock Solid Solutions is a family inspired business. Jeff grew up in the stone quarry as the child apprentice of his father Jack. Jack started in the stone industry in 1985 when he first moved to Connecticut and formed J. Joslyn and son’s at the Sterling stone quarry. It was then that he instilled at a young age the discipline and dedication that comes with hard, laborious work in all of his boys. Steven is the youngest of Jacks three boys. He is the Chief Operating Officer and he leads the excavation division of Rock Solid Solutions. Steven is no stranger to hard work as he started in shoring/earth support and logging after he graduated from college. He would make his way into the family business shortly thereafter where he has excelled ever since! When you come to Rock Solid Solutions, the moment that you step on the property you are treated like a part of the family.
