Buyer Beware. As a Military Family, we want to work with businesses that are professional, honest, and take pride in their work. This company delivered none of that. After years of mediocre service, our most recent experience was downright unacceptable. Our neighbors had warned us to avoid them — and they were right. POOL OPENING: They opened our pool with all accessories intact, but the work was sloppy. The water stayed dirty for over a week despite the chemicals they said they put in. When we asked for help, we were given the runaround. They did not even turn on the gas to check if the water heater worked. When we asked if they checked it, no one knew, and the technician had already left the company. We had to hire another company just to make the pool swimmable. POOL CLOSING: By closing, items that were there at opening were suddenly “missing,” and we were charged HUNDREDS of extra dollars for the "missing" accessories and line items NEVER billed in previous years. They also missed the scheduled closing appointment and only notified us at the very last minute. When they finally showed up and left, our yard looked like a party had been thrown — furniture and equipment scattered everywhere with zero care for our property. When we raised these concerns, the company refused to address them and simply stopped servicing our pool. Poor communication, sloppy work, overcharging, and lack of accountability make this a company we cannot recommend. Avoid at all costs, don't end up being like us. — Military Family
