Bellagio Pools

When I read the previous review I was scared. I called Joe's references and they were glowing. He is building my pool now, and I am happy with his work and responsiveness. I hope to update this to 5 stars when he is done.

I signed a contract with Joe Martinez (Owner) to remodel my pool March 7, 2016 and gave a down-payment of $3445 of a $6845 total. Bellagio spent a few hours prepping the pool and then said they would return once the materials were delivered and that they were delayed. After calling, emailing and texting, Joe Martinez never returned to do the work I contracted for or returned my calls. He refused to return my $3400 deposit. Avoid at all costs - the is not a reputable person or business.
