Boscoe's Pools

We hired Boscoe’s Pools to repair a leak at the top of our sand filter. They completed the work without providing a clear price upfront, then billed us $495. Unfortunately, the repair did not fix the issue—the leak is still present. When we contacted them to follow up, we were told it would cost an additional $225 to come back out, even though it is the same unresolved problem. The response we received was also unexpectedly accusatory rather than focused on resolving the issue. Paying for a repair that didn't fix the problem, only to be asked to pay more for the same issue, is very disappointing. I would strongly recommend getting pricing in writing and confirming their warranty or callback policy before using this company.

They did a pool for us 10 years ago. It has an infinity edge with a lower pool, a waterfall and a crazy nice tile slide. We have done very little to it in the 10 years. We sold the house about a year ago and I just called them to come and look at our new place. It has a pool but I am going to get them to turn it into a much nicer pool. Glynn

The quality of their work is outstanding and despite our large project and bad weather they did it in a very reasonable timeframe. Shane has been very helpful with any concerns.

Jeff did a amazing job with our pool and hot tub! He was always on site and available anytime I had a question. I highly recommend Jeff and know you will have a beautiful outdoor pool and fewer headaches.

Jeff is the best pool contractor around. We are building our second pool with Boscoe's. Our first house sold (no doubt the pool helped the property sell!) and the house we recently bought didn't have a pool. We are in process now of getting the pool project underway. Jeff is super easy to deal with. Boscoe's is truly a company of excellence, from planning to finish, they are there every step of the way and we appreciate their experience and expertise. It's hard to put a price on all those attributes today!

Jeff was wonderful working with us when we built the pool. He has a great knowledge of design and material. We could not have been happier with the construction. Every step was professionally done and his crew is great and the best in the business. He kept the project within the budget and on time. His company is without a doubt the best in the area. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Jeff and the team at Boscoe's Pools were true professionals. We had several engineering challenges that needed to be overcome and the Team designed a pool that solved the issues and in the process created a vacation oasis in our backyard. Everything they did was top notch and exceeded all expectations with zero "surprises" . Would use again without thought and recommend to anyone.

We are midstream on the project and it has been a pleasure to work with Shane thus far. All of his employees and subs have been polite and a pleasure to work with. The only hold ups have been because of weather and our decision on what we were going to do with our pool house. Shanes crews have always showed up on time and done excellent work. The craftsmanship of the pool is outstanding. He has always done a fantastic job of keeping us informed and in the loop on anything that has to do with the project. Before we decided to go with him we met with several other pool companies and interviewed A half dozen people plus a pool supply company. Everyone of them put one name at the top and that is Boscoe's Pools! They have lived up to every ounce of the hype so far. We are extremely excited for this project to be finished and will gladly let people come to see it, so they can admire the wonderful work. If you are considering building a pool, there is only one company I would go with and that is Boscoe's.

We are very happy with the complete pool remodel Boscoe just finished for us. After talking to a lot of people and getting several quotes, it became clear that they were the right company. Their quote was all inclusive so there were no surprises, their employees definitely knew what they were doing and spent the time to do it right, and Shane was great to work with. We appreciate that he was up front about what was needed and always available to answer questions and discuss options. We would definitely recommend these guys!

I have known about boscoes pools for a long time. I knew that when it came time to build my pool that it would not be cheap. But I also knew that in my experience in the construction industry that cheapest isn't best. I got several quotes from several different companies. Shane the owner came out to give me a quote. He was the only one that was up front and honest about my yard being out of level and that I needed a retaining wall. NONE of the other pool salesmen were honest about this. I like the fact that he gave me an up front price and stuck to it. The other guys would have dug a hole and took a deposit and then told me what I needed. And would have probably spent more with the cheaper quotes than what Shane from boscoes quoted me in the beginning. My family is grateful Thanks Shane!!!
