CASCADE POOLS

This is the worst pool company. Paul the office representative tells me or makes continuously excuses to get an appointment with Jim Block about an new liner issue. The liner company Latham asked me to contact another pool company in order to get my issue with the liner resolved.

This is my first negative review ever. I try to give the benefit of the doubt, especially to local businesses. However, I strongly do not recommend Cascade Pools. Poor quality and and communication. It took two years to install my pool and they left it incomplete. I had to hire another company to finish it.

If I could give five negative stars I would. This guy installed a liner forgot to open up one of the valves and then refused to come back and correct the work. My pool liner looks like crap.

It is my pleasure to recommend Cascade Pools of Virginia Beach to anyone seeking an honest and committed pool construction contractor. Jim Block, and his on site supervisor Gus delivered a top quality product on time, as promised. As a new resident of the area, numerous "horror stories" of non-performing pool contractors were circulated as I sought to find a reputable dealer. Doing our homework, I am very pleased to have selected Jim Block the Owner /Contractor. Throughout the project, hed demonstrated a very low key "what you see is what you get" approach throughout the design phase, excavation, and the wrap-up of concrete selections. Each step was well coordinated and communicated to us on a timely basis. If you are looking for quality pool contractor - take a serious look at Cascade Pools. We are please with our decision.
