It’s important to note that we have never refused service or support. We are happy to service any solar pool heating system, whether or not it is covered by warranty or was originally installed by us. Our team has responded to your inquiries, scheduled service, and disclosed all applicable service charges at the time of scheduling. When our office was first contacted, it was confirmed that you are the new homeowners.

We have also explained how the manufacturer’s warranty works and promptly sent over the full warranty documentation to your husband, who originally scheduled the service. As outlined both in writing and over the phone, the manufacturer’s warranty is not transferable to new homeowners, a standard practice and manufacturer mandate industry-wide.

We understand your concerns and take feedback seriously, however, repeating negative reviews on multiple platforms does not move the situation toward resolution. Throughout this process, we have maintained clear and consistent communication. Please note that, as the new homeowners, who did not purchase the solar pool heater from our company, the warranty coverage cannot be transferred.
