We had Adam and the guys install our pool in 2024. The process was seamless. We’re new to the pool scene and thought it would be horrific but not at all. It took about six weeks from start to finish but it went by fast. Adam and the boys were always polite and courteous - never an issue. Adam and his crew built us a 14x30 inground and are most most honest reputable pool builder around. from price to knowledge and dealing with Adam personally was a great experience we can't say enough about him old fashion quality outstanding work nothing rushed and all top quality name brand equipment .can't beat it.

We had our in-ground pool installed by Creative Pools Ltd. in June 2015. Very helpful, knowledgeable and fast service with no hiccups! Adam Pink was great to work with, he was always there when he said he would be, the work was done fast but right, always very respectful of our house, family and neightbours. Pool, landscaping and a new fence was all done in just over a month. We could also visit other projects to see finished results which was very helpful and all the other clients of Creative that we talked to had nothing but rave reviews. Price was competitive with other companies. I have no problem recommending this company and already have told all my friends to use Creative pools Ltd.

I hired Creative Pools to do major re-work on my pool in 2013. The liner in my pool needed to be replaced, but the cement surrounding my pool had buckled-up over the years, tearing up the tracking as well. All the cement around the pool had to be torn up and disposed of, new pool lines were installed to the pool pump, new front mount aluminum double-coping was placed around the pool for new liner to be installed and attached to, and the concrete work around the pool was re-done. This work was all done to our utmost satisfaction. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner, and at a reasonable cost. The owner of the company, Adam Pink, was always very gracious and respectful of our wishes and in answering all our questions, and always returned all our calls and emails in a very timely manner. The work was completed at the time promised, and there was no cost overruns. I would strongly recommend Mr. Pink and his team at Creative Pools for anyone looking for pool work to be done.

After having several Pool companies out to look at our pool and equipment which came with the house we recently purchased we chose Creative Pools. Adam was awesome. He was the only company that wasn't trying to up sell us. We had the whole pool redone with corner steps, liner, lighting, added another return, new skimmer, all new lines, salt system and new sand filter. We purchased our own heater which my husband hooked up as he is a gas fitter. There were NO problems or conflicts. His team is efficient and courteous. He certainly runs a tight ship with qualified staff. He comes on time (even early and calls to confirm that it is okay!!!). I would highly recommend Creative Pools!

Salt water Back yard pool - I would recommend Adam and Creative Pools to anyone. My pool was planned, and built, on time and on budget, by a professional crew. All of the subs,(electrical, gas, water, etc) were expert and professional as well, and hand-picked by Adam. Absolutely no complaints. Adam had excellent advice and ideas, was on-site and "hands on", and always available to discuss details. Pool is 14 x 28', with full width steps, a very modern look. 5' deep. Price noted includes a large, beautiful stone patio, which was done by another company, but coordinated in conjunction with Creative Pools.( Proper pictures to follow, as I am now in the midst of exterior house renovation which has delayed much of my landscaping.) Excellent job, couldn't be happier with it.
