Steve Oliver has been designing, building and consulting on projects for exclusive properties as Creative Water Concepts, Inc. since 1984. Prior to that, his experience in the swimming pool industry dates back to 1969. Having worked for two of the largest commercial and residential pool builders in the country, his 35+ years of experience, and his ability to produce an excellent product has made him a sought after builder, designer and consultant.
Oliver is recognized both locally and nationally for his unique design abilities that have been published in several magazines.
