Custom Pools LLC

My job is not complete at this time but will update everyone when it is but so far I can't tell you how great Custom Pools has been. I had a problem with my previous pool installer and Jack has come to my rescue. He has walked me through step by step how to correct it and make it safe and functional for me and my family. This could have cost me thousands of additional money down the road if it were not for Custom Pools. I had multiple problems that I would have never known about it if I had not called them about what I thought was a minor problem. You don't appreciate his kind of knowledge and expertise until you don't have it. This was not only cosmetic but also multiple safety factors that could have caused risks to my family. I had several other companies who did not want to even help and Jack from the first time we talked was nothing but helpful and reassuring that we could fix this and make it right. When you have this kind of huge investment you deserve to work with this kind of company. My only regret at this time is that I didn't go with Jack from the beginning. I could have saved myself from all the sleepless nights and stress of dealing with someone who was not experienced and knowledgeable on how to install pools. I have discovered that it is more complicated to install a pool and even though you do your homework go with experience. Custom Pools has the experience and it shows from all the details he explained to me. The customer service that Jack has provided me has been outstanding from the very beginning. and having dealt with someone who lacked this it has been an amazing difference. I highly recommend Custom Pools!!

Great job on the concrete work, pool design, and functionality, My only complaint is that you have to be overly specific.
