We had an excellent experience with Casey Contreras at Denali Pools. Casey stepped in right near the end of our build after our original supervisor left the company, and he handled the transition seamlessly. Our project had several unique aspects that set it apart from a typical pool build, and Casey got up to speed quickly. He was proactive, kept us in the loop with daily updates, and pushed hard to make sure every last detail on our punch list was finished efficiently and to high standards. Very happy with our new pool from Denali Pools. They did a great job from start to finish and couldn't be more pleased. Scott, the project manager, kept us very well informed throughout the building process.

We are very impressed with the pool that we had built with Denali. We had some weather delays which were frustrating but obviously that can't be controlled. At the beginning of the project we had no clue about pools but the team at Delani took care of us. We were never left wondering what was going on. The Denali Team did an incredible job on our pool. We did our research and couldn’t be happier that we chose them to build for us. This was our first pool and we didn't know which pool company to use. After thorough research with four different pool companies we picked Denali Pools. It turned out to be a great choice! Right from the beginning, Ryan did a great job reviewing the process of drawing / creating the pool on paper to putting the structure in the ground. Eric, our project manager, was there every step of the way. His daily/weekly communications were ON POINT! He was there at any moment to review and answer any questions we had throughout the entire project. Eric made the entire project flow with ease. All in all great experience and now with the weather getting nicer we can enjoy our new beautiful pool!

This was our 2nd pool build. We had PTSD from our previous experience, so our interactions with our PM Scott Sperrazza took on even more importance than usual. As an engineer, I have certain expectations when it comes to project management and communication. Scott went above and beyond to ensure that my wife and I were heard and kept informed every step of the way.
