Fluidity Pool Designs

After signing a contract with Fluidity and seeing initial designs, we discovered that the price for our pool and hot tub was going to be substantially higher than originally budgeted because we have a tricky hillside property. We requested a more modest design and never heard from them again. Completely ghosted us.

My pool was over 20 years old years old and was in need of repair. I had several companies bid to resurface and tile the pool, as well as replace our old barbeque with a new barbeque and a stone counter top. We choose Ventura Pool Care Plus because they were reasonably priced and we really liked and trusted Ryan. During the construction we ran into a problem with the supplier sending the wrong pebble coat, which was installed. Ryan didn't even bat an eye they redid the pebble coating without any delay, hassle, or additional cost, which says a lot about this company. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build or redo their swimming pool.

Great collaboration on the design and well-executed. We knew basically what we wanted and shared that with Ryan. He interpreted our vision beautifully and suggested including a few elements we had never considered. We're in love with our backyard paradise!

We had our pool and spa built in 2006. Their were constant problems of the spa leaking near the spillway (where the water circulated from the spa to the pool). We had the original contractor out several times to repair. Which they did... for a while, until the leaking started up again. We decided to call out other contractors to make the repair. To our surprise, several didn't want to touch the job due to the constant problems, others bid the job so high knowing we would say no. Ryan with Ventura Pool Care Plus had great ideas, showed us pictures of other jobs and offered us a fair price to do the work. Ryan and his team did a great job, the spa area looks good and best of all no leaks. It's been over 18 months since the job was done and we are very happy with the work. I'd recommend Ryan for your job (and have recommended him to others). The attached photo was taken one year after the job was completed.

Pool Care Plus has done a great job on taking care of our pools in Oxnard and the Valley. They are always on top of everything. The owner is always in contact with anything that comes up with the pool. They take care of weekly services for our pools as well as they have resurfaced our pools as well.

Ryan designed and constructed an amazing pool for us. The project was done on time, and on budget without much creep in scope (other than things we discussed). He was clear at every stage what was to occur and if there were any issues he resolved them.
