We have spent thousands of dollars here. And need a new liner and pool new ground supports. They were very rude and stated it could take awhile even knowing the person replacing is doing in 2 wks. I would not recommend this company. Once they have your money they don't care to help you replace things when time is needed. Very disappointed! Terrible customer service!

Just moved to the area last July. Was told this was the place to go for all my pool answers. Every time I showed up to their facility they had some young person working the counter giving me advice. Spent hundreds of dollars on pool chemicals last year and never solved my pool clarity. I went to Columbus and found another pool company first person I talked too solved my issue. Then I had them close my pool because previous owner told me they did good job. Well again two men showed up said they were instructed they had to put cover on. Well I told them I paid for it to be closed and covered. They told me they would have to reschedule. Never got phone call. Over priced and don’t know what they are doing.

Excellent service, knowledgeable and friendly staff. An overall great experience for a first-time pool owner. Knickerbocker successfully refurbished our in-ground pool after years of neglect with a new liner and mechanical inspection.

I never knew how much I would enjoy my hottub from Knickerbocker Pools! My first one stayed with my house when I moved, and it didn't take me long to buy one for my new house. As an athlete this is a great recovery aid. I have never had a problem with either item I purchased and in fact the staff has always been quite nice when I have had questions. Product is great and company is easy work with, a great combination in my opinion.
