Mr. Wyner was instrumental when dealing with our idea for a pool to match our aesthetic. We provided a survey of the property and turned Mark loose. What came back was a schematic, complete with visual display showing the proposed pool from sun up to sun down. Mr. Wyner went the additional mile pulling up our home and projecting the image(s) of the pool as thought looking at it from the inside of our house. Mark captured the pool from an aerial perspective, captured the trees and landscape around it and even put it to music. I've not seen this before in my 41 years of being a Broker. I highly recommend Mark, and will be using him and his team at Landmark for our next pool this year, 2025.

We contracted with Mark Wyner at Platinum and couldn’t have gone with a better person and company to complete our pool build. Mark is the definition of superior customer service. Throughout the inception, design, and construction phase of our project he constantly reached out to assist and provide support if needed. He went above and beyond expectations when coordinating efforts with permitting/HOA approvals and subcontractor management efforts. Mark seemingly works around the clock and makes the customer a priority when he has a multiple of functions and projects. More than anything Mark displays great integrity and transparency when guiding the customer with vendors in which they utilize for additions outside of the pool construction and options available which meet budgetary requirements.
