Liquid Concept Pools

Atleast the pool holds water... I wouldn’t recommend this company. I am all for supporting smaller companies but not with the poor communication, poor craftsmanship, and poor overall management. Every phase of this project I’ve had to personally be the lead foreman and oversee the work quality. Even pointing out the obvious errors every step of the way, we still ended up with: * a misshaped spa (even after them trying to correct, I have aerial photos of spa and another rounded part on the pool that are very noticeably off) * an “it could have been done better” plaster job as owner Jacob stated after seeing it. (Photos as well) * and after only two weeks of having Gro-Lac cement texture on patio ( forced with no choice to take this brand over cool deck brand that they told us they could do), it’s already chipping up and was shrugged off as it may have been too humid when applied to the primer. Before they did the job, when I learned they couldn’t do cool decking, I was told I couldn’t take this option off the price and was forced to use a product that has zero reviews or warranty. (Photos available) * Not to mention a lien was about to be processed on my house because he didn’t pay his plaster company. (I was sent the lawyer documents and a copy of the lien form that was being sent to the city I live in) This was finally resolved nearly 2 weeks later after lawyers got involved. * Small mention on that they couldn’t get the tile they said they could and we had to pick something else * Small mention on that half the time we did have some bad weather, but the other half was definitely on the company. Project took 8 months from first dig to completion.
