Litehouse Pools

One star is too generous. Customer service is awful and not very friendly or helpful. They charge $150.00 fir a service call (local) to repair a hot tub under warranty. Long time customer of 3 hot tubs and a regular purchaser for chemicals lost. That will cost you more than $150.00 in the long run from losing a customer.

The manager at the Mentor Store is awesome, very professional and helpful - if you just need a stocked product he will treat you right.... The quality of service and customer experience falls apart with their installation process and company leadership team. Our installation experience was not favorable but even more concerning was their overall business management teams lack of ownership to respond and keep the promises THEY made. They make great promises but there is no follow through, and follow-up calls are never returned. This was by far the worst service experience I have had in all my years and I have never seen a company leadership team not care about their customers or quality more than Litehouse......

So I've been waiting half the day for Lighthouse pools to show up nad open my pool - they have no tech available - poor service

Our dealings with Litehouse in Strongsville, OH have been nothing short of horrific. Rather than get into the weeds on this, let me just say that when it comes to Litehouse customer service, the CUSTOMER is ALWAYS WRONG. Buyer beware.
