Miller Pools replastered our pool. They started the job exactly when they said they would and finished on time, on budget. The workmanship is superior. Michael kept me abreast of the progress and the crew left the job site clean everyday. Their prices are not the cheapest, but their quality is worth every penny.

We hired Miller Pools to do an extensive pool and deck renovation in May 2012. The scope of work included replacing plaster, coping, adding a tanning shelf, upgrading electrical, drains and new deck surface. During that time Michael Miller was a constant presence, and always available to answer questions and address concerns. Since that time, some unforeseen circumstances led to several issues with the deck surface, which was recently replaced. Throughout the process, Michael proved to be absolutely focused on customer satisfaction, and the ultimate professional. He stands behind his company's work 100%, and he is willing to go above and beyond to do the right thing for his customers. We could not be more pleased with our results, and highly recommend Miller Pools, without reservation.

Remodeled a 30-year-old pool that needed everything updated. Work only took about two weeks. All electrical connections/equipment had to be replaced to make things work and to bring the pool up to code. Old waterfall torn out and replaced with a waterwall. Most wonderful thing is the remote control that allows me to turn things off and on from my den window. The workers cleaned up everything before they left each day, and Michael came nearly every day to make sure things were going smoothly. The entire job was more expensive than I had budgeted, but isn't that the way with everything? :-) Highly recommend Miller Pools for your remodeling project.

We hired Miller Pools to remodel our 30 year old pool. There work was exceptional and we highly recommend them. Work was done on time and at the agreed upon price. The owner is extremely hands on and was always available. They also clean our pool monthly. You won't be disappointed!

Miller Pools does our weekly maintenance and we hired Miller Pools to replaster our pool and to do a few needed updates. They were excellent in guiding us through the process, making recommendations and assisting us in making the best decisions about the work. At no point did I feel pressured to add something that was not necessary. The work crew was prompt and professional and did a nice job of cleaning up when the work was completed. Overall, the project came in on time and on budget. While our job did not entail a lot of upgrades, we have seen other jobs they have done and have been very impressed. We are thrilled with the work done by Michael Miller, and highly recommend him to everyone needing pool work of any kind. We had a lot of problems with our pool, decking, and equipment. The pool wasn't correctly leveled to begin with, and the project kept growing and growing. Through it all, Michael was a great sounding board of advice and expertise. My wife, Mary, works from our home, so she was there during the day as the project evolved. Michael and his staff were extremely respectful, attentive, and inclusive of Mary's thoughts and suggestions. That meant a lot to me !!! The weather was bad from the day we started the project until the end, which made the timeline longer than we expected, but never was the workmanship compromised. Every detail was handled professionally, to include the selection of the flagstone and plaster coloring. We are very happy with the final product, and we still use Miller Pools to do our pool maintenance. Twice they have seen problem areas we would not have detected, which were resolved timely, and probabyl saved us a lot of money. Miller Pools were a real pleasure to work with. They were prompt, thorough and respectful to us and our property. They arrived when we were told they would arrive and they did the work in a timely manner. The crew did not leave the property until it was cleaned up each day . Each crew that came to do their respective job were friendly, neat and very professional. We are now using Miller Pools for our weekly service and are very satisfied with how attentive they are. We hired Miller Pools to remodel our aging pool area. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with the finished product !! My wife and I are very "visual" people. We knew "generally" what we wanted but have a problem envisioning the finished product. We met with Michael and he very patiently walked us through the process of making the choices that matched with our vision and our remodel far and away exceeded our expectations. Michael was on site every morning to make sure that work was meeting his standards. Any questions or areas of concern that my wife and I had were discussed and addressed immediately !! i was impressed with Michael's attention to detail and that of his crews! I am glad that we chose Miller Pools to do the work for us because our 22 year old pool looks AWESOME !!!! We love it !!
