Our experience with Morehead was wonderful from start to finish. The professionalism and attention to detail impressed us on every level, and follow up has been positive as well. We both dreaded the upheaval putting in a pool while living there might cause but these guys made it easy, and stuck to the expected time table. We are using Morehead for weekly maintenance so we don’t have to think about anything but just enjoying the pool.

To explain our Morehead Pool experience in a nut shell I would have to focus on the people that are employed at Morehead I assume that any company that has built pools for as long as they have could do a good job. What set Morehead apart for us, from the start was the people that came into our home and lives durning all our pool construction stages. As a business owner myself I believe customer service doesn't cost -- it pays. Just like advertising earns money by bringing people in, customer service pays by bringing people back. Morehead’s professionalism, communication and quality of service is 2nd to none in my opinion. We not for a second questioned our choice to use Morehead and would recommend their services to not only everyone thinking of improving their lives with an awesome outdoor space but I would insist Morehead to all my family & friends.

Steer clear of this companies Service department. Service is in adequate with no follow-through and frankly their attitude is rude. They charged me $210 to clean out a skimmer line that they are allowed to be clocked by not replacing the ring below the skimmer basket. On top of this I pay them a monthly for weekly service... No more I fired them today!

Morehead Pools has a wonderful team of professionals that know what they’re doing. I was extremely happy with my pool design, communication throughout the process, and final product. I have never written an online review before, but this company deserves my praise and compliment.

Great family owned business that stands by their pools. Our designer, Michael, was very informative and had a ton of innovative ideas to help us achieve our vision of a dream pool. From start to finish, the construction crews were professional, efficient, and took pride in making sure the job was being done the right way. We highly recommend Morehead Pools as the pool builder of choice in northwest Louisiana... they will certainly be building our next one!

My wife and I live in a patio home with a pretty small yard. We contacted Morehead pools to see if it was feasible to put a pool in our yard. (Another company we contacted said it was not possible). Morehead sent out pool designer Kenny O'Briant who said not only was it possible, but also drew up a beautiful design that matched the motif of our home perfectly. The project was technically difficult from an engineering point of view, but Morehead pulled it off expertly. The pool was completed at budget and on time. Quality control was outstanding. (At one point Kenny did not like the way the pool tile was set and had it taken down and replaced). We enjoyed the pool throughout the summer and have had great service from Morehead when needed. Morehead Pools is truly outstanding company.

Sept. 4, 2014 we had an inground swimming pool installed. The service that was provided was second to none. The knowledge that all of the people we worked with was great, they kept the site very clean and tidy (unlike the previous company we had used on another pool....Oasis Pools). Morehead Pool employees were extremely easy to work with and the project was completed in an extremely fast time of 2 months. Anytime we had a question they promptly responded and made sure we were very pleased in every aspect of the building process. I can't tell you how much I recommend this company for any type of pool/spa need. You would not be disappointed. They go above and beyond the call of duty. If I had any negative comments, be assured, I would let you know, but we did not. The price was a little higher than we really wanted to go, but for the quality of the product and the ease of the operation it was well worth it.

It has been a pleasure to work with the designers at Morehead Pools.A professional staff through and through. Their attention to detail is exceptional, creating exciting backyard oasis' and retreats matched by no other. We can't wait to see what they do next!
