Perfect Pools

Perfect Pools built our pool in spring 2024 and did a wonderful job. Even when problems arose, Perfect Pool worked to mitigate and alleviate our concerns. They were also very receptive to any questions we had. Although I'm leaving a 5-star for pool construction, the one recommendation I have for Perfect Pools is improving and having a more comprehensive new pool owner education program that would help new pool owners better know how to operate and maintain their pool.

I am very happy to have selected Pool Designs for my pool project with them.. All info he gave us end up being very accurate, from estimating costs for permits, engineering plan and other parts of the project.

Perfect Pools took over my 22’x50’ in-ground pool project after my initial pool builder broke our contract and refused to finish the project. Perfect Pools inherited a mess of a project - poor quality worksmanship including a leak in the structure and took the project on in stride. From executing our project takeover contract to completing the pool, pool deck, and masonry retaining walls and stairs with stone veneer and capstone only took 5 weeks. Perfect Pools corrected the mistakes of the original builder and never surprised me with a change order. Probably the most refreshing part of the experience was once we discussed how things should be I never had to intervene again; they just went to work and did everything correctly the first time. I would recommend their expertise with outdoor pools and structures to anyone considering a new build, a renovation, or in the same position we were with a half-built project that needed a real builder to complete the job. Perfect Pools is highly responsive, organized, and professional outfit from construction to pool servicing they consistently go above and beyond.

I have been using perfect pools for the last 4 years. They designed, installed, and maintain my pool. The entire staff is great to work with. They are a small business so they put quality work in and will ensure the job is done right. I will continue to use them for my service contracts.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Perfect Pools of VA to create our backyard oasis. We not only used Perfect Pools for our initial pool and patio, but also used them again the following year for a second phase in which we extended our patio and built an amazing space underneath our deck. I cannot express enough how thrilled we have been with their services. From start to finish, they exceeded our expectations and have turned our backyard into a true retreat. We have continued to use Perfect Pools to service our pool the past two years to keep it in shape and the water crystal clear. We highly recommend Perfect Pools of VA to anyone in search of a reliable, skilled, and customer-oriented team. Their expertise, commitment to excellence and customer service set them apart from the rest. Thanks to their hard work, we now have a beautiful pool and patio that has become the highlight of our family’s home.

We had our pool built during Covid but Perfect Pools has still been here for the long haul to maintain our pool, deck and fire pit. Thanks guys!!

If you don’t consider Perfect Pools for your upcoming project, you are making a horrible mistake. Gary and his crew are upfront, honest, and super easy to work with. They will hold your hand every step of the way, and I never went more than 30 minutes without a return phone call when I had a question during the build process. Make sure you protect your investment and talk to some of the best people in the Poole business. You will not be disappointed. Our final product turned out better than our wildest imagination. The backyard resort style pool we ended up with is now the envy of all of our children’s friends. We are ecstatic and are proud to support Gary and his crew at Perfect Pools. I will post pictures when we reopen the pool in the spring.

Our experience with Perfect Pools was 5 stars. Starting with Carol and her design. Was exactly what we were looking for. She was able to answer all my questions about the design and proposal putting us at ease. They started the process of digging in July and we had water within 45 days. Complete with hardscape decking. I suspect that is the best-case scenario as most project will take much longer but this was very quick and seamless. There were of course questions and small changes along the way, but the PP team met them all and ultimately delivered exactly what they promised. Communication throughout the process was timely and informative. We are quite happy with our pool and have been recommending them to all. Carol, Yacine, Adam, Gary, Craigen and others are complete professionals.

We've received great service from Perfect Pools. They built our pool and spa 3 years ago and have serviced it since then. Adam and Gary were very collaborative throughout the build process and worked with us to achieve our objectives within budget. Craigen and the techs have been professional and approachable. Every component works as it should, and the regular maintenance has always kept everything clean and balanced. Although communication has not always been perfect, we've always eventually received the great service we've come to expect.

We love our pool!! Our project was not easy. Our lot is small, the backyard was COVERED with plants, and the design needed to incorporate existing structures. Adam’s design leveraged these constraints and delivered a beautiful design and a premium quality pool. Gary, his team, and subcontractors attention to design details, quality of materials and work resulted in not only a beautiful pool but an incredible backyard transformation. Gary, his project manager, Yacine ,and all their subcontractors were great to work with. They were knowledgeable, problem solvers, professional and courteous. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome of our project. We just completed our first year using their pool maintenance and similarly we had wonderful experience. Gary’s team managed by Craigen maintains our pool beautifully! Highly recommend Perfect Pools!

Great Experience & Service! Pool built quickly, professionally. Loved how responsive they were and great communication (the app is fantastic). They still service our pool and do a wonderful job of that. They did such a great job that my neighbors used them too.

Perfect Pools built my pool. They have been excellent in responding to my questions and concerns. Their post construction maintenance has been just as good.
