Pool and Deck Concepts renovated my house after hurricane Ian. They did a fantastic job. The communication through the whole process with our project manager was great. They have a owner portal that allows us to see what the schedule is and pictures of the process. Our pool turned out beautiful!

We had our pool renovation completed by Pool and Deck Concepts. This consisted of an expansion of the lanai, new travertine decking, new pool cage and refinishing of pool and tile. We love the end product but this project took 10 months to complete from time we signed contract to completion. Loved the new pool cage too.

Overall I would rate them as good to very good. The length of the project was longer than expected but many of the contributing factors were out of PDC's control.

We love the pool that Pool and Deck Concepts designed and installed for us. Their people were true professionals and their workmanship was superior. Our project was a new pool installation. The space was tight (between the house and surrounding trees) and wet weather caused delays, but PDC delivered. Now we have a beautiful pool in a delightful setting.

We recently completed a project (4/2022) with PDC and were very happy with the outcome. Very rarely do I go without a personal recommendation but after working with 5 other companies Trish earned our trust. Her knowledge, attention to detail and follow up was excellent especially in a world where those traits sometimes are not a priority. The project entailed a refinished pool, new skimmer, light, new water line tile new pavers and coping, new lower screens and 2 new screen doors. The project was actually finished sooner than we expected which was a nice surprise. From A to Z everyone was professional and easy to work with. 2 of our neighbors are engaged with PDC currently and I am sure they will experience the same.

I recently had my pool, pool deck ,and Lanai completely renovated by Pool and Deck Concepts. The renovation of the pool included removal of all tile on the waterlines and steps with new tile installed, removal and replacement of the bullnose and redoing the entire finish of the pool. The deck and lanai had paver stones put down in the entire area along with a new hand rail replaced. The cage was prescreened from the chair rail to the deck. Beginning with the proposal process for this project through the completion of this renovation I can not think of an instance when Pool and Deck Concepts did not exceed all expectations. Everyone I had contact with provided the most professional and friendly service which made this entire experience painless. Trish was my original contact and walked my wife and I thought each element of what we would be looking at for the renovation. She was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the work being requested and added suggestions to make the renovation better than what we originally envisioned. The contracted price was easy to understand for work to be performed and the cost of materials. She was wonderful. Our project manager was Edgar and I can not say enough about this gentleman. We were not living at the home when the renovation project was done. Edgar did an outstanding job of keeping me informed on every aspect of the project as the work moved along. He established the timetable for the job and if there was any change in the schedule he always notified me in advance. If I needed to contact him for any reason during the renovation he responded immediately to me. His attention to detail with all aspects of the renovation resulted in a first class job for the entire project. I cannot underestimate how impressed I am with his performance. This company deserves the high ratings they receive. They are a quality operation obviously due to the caliber of people that represent them. I would not hesitate to recommend Pool and Deck Concepts for any projects they would be involved with.

Pool and Deck Concepts just finished our full pool renovation project : resurfacing, new travertine pavers deck and brand new cage. The result is beautiful, we love it! What we particularly appreciated: - the first step of defining our project: Trish and Anthony really helped us defining our need, spending time listening to us, and understanding, giving advice, explaining, and never pushy. And on top of that they have a great show room. - the really detailed estimate, that once again they took time to review with us. - the availability of the all team (Chassidy - our project manager, Eliana - office manager, and all the team), always available to answer an email, a text or a phone call, and take action - quality of job done, and quality of work preparation which is also very important (where to stock material, equipment,...) A great experience despite a complicated year 2021, stressful time due to suppliers delays, lack of material, and impatient customers!

My pool turned out beautiful. Just the way we wanted it. Everyone was so friendly the office staff, and the owner. The workers where courteous, friendly and cleaned up everyday after they were finished. Never left a mess. Our project was done on time. Anything we didnt understand or had concerns with and i texted or called them they got back to me right away happliy and helped us out. The quality of everything was top notch.

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Pool and Deck concepts. We were unsure of what direction to take with our pool and deck remodel, and they guided us the whole way. We were able to go into their beautiful showroom and have them help us hand pick each material. We were assigned a PM who was in great contact with us throughout the whole project. The workers were incredibly clean, fast, and efficient. They know exactly what they are doing, and didn't leave any detail out. We are really happy with how our pool and deck turned out. Highly recommend this amazing company for any design/remodel with your pool and deck area!

We selected Pool and Deck Concepts after talking with several other contractors. Trish was very thorough and had a quote to us the same day we met. We resurfaced a 20 year old pool and replaced the old pavers on the deck with travertine. We also replaced the pool lights, upgraded the filter pump, and added a salt system. Their workmanship is very good and our new pool and lanai are beautiful. We have no hesitation in recommending Trish and her team.

Writing today to recommend Pool & Deck Concepts. Anthony and Jen were the primary contributors to our project which was a cosmetic renovation, new automation of the pool system, new lighting & nook replacement, new salt system as well as a skimmer replacement to cure a leak which was the impetus for the project to start. All of the tile, glass block, skimmer and surface was removed expeditiously with minimal debris and what clean up was needed was done at the end of each work day. Additionally, we had an in floor valet system which worked but these systems have never been particularly functional. Anthony had a new and unique way of leveraging these pop ups by replacing with in floor returns which are quite discrete given they are also partially covered with the glass and stone surface finish. This mitigated the need for adding an additional return elsewhere which was a net benefit to the project and long term use of the pool. Bottom line, Anthony and Jen did a phenomenal job from start to finish. They were very responsive, professional, transparent and honest. The materials recommended, selected and ultimately used are beautiful and we are thrilled with the finished project. The team leading the work effort was diligent and fast while not sacrificing the craftsmanship; expertly aligning the tiles to achieve the look we desired when it all came fruition. Zach and Erin S.
