Pool Craft

I had Mike come and look at a pool leak in our pool in June. He said that I had little or no pressure in 2 jets. He took 2 pictures and charged $523 to my visa. After over 4 months, numerous emails and calls, I have yet to receive an invoice for the service and why I was charged so much. I would not recommend this company for their very poor customer service.

We moved into a new house that had an older pool that was in need of updating. We hired Pool Craft to assess where the lines were leaking, identify the problem with the pump, and install a pool heater. Jeff and Jason at Pool Craft were highly professional and knowledgeable and we really appreciated their quick and excellent service. Pool Craft promptly repaired the leaks and installed a new pump and heater within a week of ordering them. We were so impressed with Pool Craft's service and expertise that we would highly recommend them as your go-to pool company. We will definitely be using them again in the future! Thanks Pool Craft! We are loving our pool.

Pool Craft gets a 5 Stars!! While in the process of selecting a pool company my wife and I made the wise choice of interviewing 4 companies for our Backyard Oasis in 2013. We met with Rick and Jason we felt they were the most professional and trustworthy of the group. We had heard of nightmare stories from friends and clients of ours that forced us to be diligent with our selection. Fast forward 3 years now that we've had our pool and finished landscaping, we could not be more thrilled with the quality and service that we have received. Jeff, Cassidy and the rest of the office crew at Pool Craft are always helpful and treat us like family. Myself being a realtor, I know how important client satisfaction is to a company's reputation. Let me say, Pool Craft has exceeded all of our expectations. They make you feel like you are their first and only priority even after the sale. We are truly elated customers and friends for life. I would have considered Pool Craft had they been responsive. They came to my house for an assessment, however after advising that the estimate would take a couple of days, i have yet to hear from them after numerous attempts in calling and texting - its been 3 weeks!

We just finished having our pool installed and Pool Craft was awesome. Not only did they work with us and our landscaping to recommend a pool, but they were professional and nice to deal with. The installation was quick - even the neighbours commented on how great the workers were! Once the pool was installed and the landscaping done, they came back to show us how to maintain the pool - Pool School!! We love our pool. The time we get to spend as a family is worth the price!!

Jeff and Jason are great to deal with. Pool was completed on time and they did an excellent job. They have helped me with a couple of minor issues and have excellent customer service. As a single mom, the idea of taking on a large project was scary in so many ways and POOL CRAFT went above and beyond to ensure that I felt safe, that all of my questions were answered immediately, and that what I envisioned and wanted was seen to the end. I am still in shock that I have a beautiful pool! Something that I used to sit in my backyard and just dream about is actually there now. Thank you!! We hired Jason and his team to complete a pool that we had started with someone else in 2013 that took our money and never came back, not to mention that the whole thing had to basically be redone from the start. I interviewed at least 8 other companies and as soon as I met Jason I could see the and the integrity. We hired Jason and his team to complete the project and complete it they did and on time too. They did an amazing job. The schedule was followed and Jason always let me know what was happening The workers were truly professional and courteous and always had a smile on their face and Jason had so much patience when I called him about anything. I could go on forever as I was truly impressed with this Company. The pool is now complete and it is amazing and we are enjoying it. I would never use another company now that I have used Poolcraft. They are the best people to use if you want to do a pool or a hot tub or any landscaping whatsoever. I would definitely recommend them.

We hired Pool Craft to build our pool and do all the related landscaping. They were outstanding from design through to completion of the build. In particular, their customer service is amazing (great people) and they are very responsive when issues arise. Pool turned out great and won a Gold award! We also hired them to do all the ongoing maintenance and experience was same - great work, great people and very responsive whenever we needed them.
