They still have a problem over promising and under delivering. We are still working on getting some minor repairs to our spa tiles and the water resalted after draining for an acid wash and glass bead blast. After several calls I went and got salt and did it myself. Their excuse is we're so busy, answer is to only take on work you can complete to your customers satisfaction then you will get great reviews and more word of mouth customers and repeat business. Thanks, Matt P.S. Still waiting to hear back on when they can finish the work!
