Signature Custom Pools

I am glad I chose Signature Custom Pools to create my dream pool! I had envisioned something simple and was thrilled to get something so beautiful in my backyard. It is my favorite place in the whole world to be. A year later, Don gives us advice when we ask and is there for us. I am so grateful for his expertise and hard work!

We couldn't be more thrilled that we decided to build our pool with Don Allen and Signature Custom Pools. The process, from our 1st meeting until the final drop went in...and beyond, has been a true joy. Don's work is exquisite, and his ability to guide us step-by-step through a previously unfamiliar process was a huge relief. I would whole-heartedly recommend Signature Custom Pools to anyone interested in building a backyard oasis!

As with any construction project, stay with a schedule may be the greatest challenge. The original schedule was for 60 day which I felt was quite optimistic because I hoped for 90 days, but expected 120 days. I was more correct. With that said the quality of all Don & Robin Allen's sub-contractors work was amazing. Don's willingness to be responsive to my numerous questions and take time to explain various aspects of the job and equipment was and is greatly appreciated as the "service after the sale". All of the contractor's attention to deal, professionalism and pride of craftsmanship were what one would expect from a top caliber pool company. Final costs of the various components (i.e. electrical, plumbing, landscaping and deck work) were with +/- 5% of estimated and quoted costs which I thought was exceptional. Were I to have another pool constructed I would not hesitate one minute and call Signature Custom Pools to do the job. FINAL FACTS: Our pool has approximately 100 feet of edge, tanning ledge, bubblers, water feature and a 9 foot horseshoe shape spa. It has an Oklahoma flagstone coping is surrounded by about 2,500 square feet of stamped colored concrete decking on two levels with 3 steps down on each side.

We have a unique backyard with limited space. Don's creativity allowed us to maximize the size of our pool/spool while also giving us a one of a kind look and feel that blends perfectly with our backyard. Don's suggestion of adding firebowls really enhanced to look.

I had to have my pool re-plastered and tiled and called Don at Signature Custom Pools. He returned my phone call and made arrangements, in a timely manner, to come out and give me an estimate. He was great to work with; very personable and easy to deal with. Don, and his wife Robin are wonderful people; very trustworthy. I highly recommend Signature Custom Pools!!

I have built two pools within the last 5 years with Signature Custom Pools. There is no other choice for exceptional service and construction in this industry. The quality and workmanship sets their service apart. Don is on-site ensuring that every detail is taken care of. It is rare to find a contractor who has great communication and responsiveness. Signature Custom Pools has been very east to work with. I am an Architect working with them on a project for a residential project. We are working together with the owner to establish a beautiful back yard design with pool house, storage, and a fire place.
