In this day and age when its hard to find good ole fashion Customer service. The team at Soake Pool has made the pool buying and set up experinece a pure pleasure. Answers to all questions and always ready and available to help

We purchased a Soake Pool, out of New Hampshire, in November of 2021. At the time there was no one in the area who supplied and/or serviced these pools, so we were our own general contractor/laborers, for most of the work in 2022. While following Soake Pools, on Instagram, we found out that they had partnered up with Property Worx, out of Delaware, OH, to be a local supplier, which was a HUGE blessing for us! They came out and finished hooking up our equipment, and then activated our pool. Soake Pools and Property Worx team are extremely thorough and knowledgeable of what we would have never been able to accomplish on our own. We highly recommend Soake Pools and Property Worx if you are looking for a small pool to fit in a tight space, you won't be disappointed!

Karen and the staff at Soake are just a step above. Throughout our project they were on top of everything. They scheduled zoom meetings before we started and thru the entire process. They spent as much time as necessary with the different contractors, in fact our plumber remarked that he had never experience customer service anything like this. Karen returns emails day and night, weekdays or weekend. And I haven't even talked about the product yet! We are loving our little pool, perfect size to cool off in, warms up quickly when needed, easy to maintain.... We really cant say enough good things, Anyone thinking of this type pool should seriously look at Soake, you will not be dissappointed

We love our Soake Pool. We have used it year-round and it has been the perfect addition to our CT home. You can enjoy a glass of wine while the snow falls and it is the perfect place to cool off on a hot summer day. The salt system is low maintenance. Our kids loving having out with the friends in the pool. We highly recommend it!

Had a Soake Pool installed in January of 2020... and turned on in the early spring. We have enjoyed it 1000% since then! It was worth every penny... and more! Dealing with Karen & Co. was a pleasure - everyone was so helpful and accommodating. We have been in it a couple times a week or more since last spring! I liken these small pools to large houses - most people that have large homes use only a few rooms! Unless you have small children, how large DO you really need in order to just cool off or chill out in the winter? It's really the perfect size to reduce the maintenance to nearly ZERO. It's easy to cover, so cleaning is easy as not a lot of 'stuff' gets in when covered. Other than cleaning out the filter periodically, and testing the chemical makeup of the water, I've done NOTHING to this pool in 7 months. The salt water FEELS great on your skin. And it doesn't suck up your entire yard. In fact, it can really be just a nice accent/ water feature to your yard or deck.

We installed a Soake pool this Spring and it is awesome! Karen and the Soake pool team were so great to work with -- responsive and organized -- multiple site visits to ensure we had everything we needed for the completion of our project from start to finish - I honestly can't say enough about the experience. The pool/patio has added so much to our property -- it is gorgeous - the kids have lived out there all summer and I'm sure will continue to do so over the winter since the pool is heated and we plan to use it year round!

Most professional company. I would highly recommend Soake Pools. From start to finish the project went smoothly. Great filter and the BEST heater for warming up the temp on a cool night. I can't wait to use it all winter! I am very happy that I chose Soake Pools, their product is the best quality and customer service is excellent.

I learned about Soake while watching @ThisOldHouse. It seemed like an efficient and cost effective way to get a pool for those that might not want to deal with the hassle of a big pool. I can say with certainty that it hits all the checkboxes! My family uses it ALL YEAR due to efficient heating. It’s a hot tub in the winter and warm pool in the summer. It is easy to maintain and the lockable cover we chose looks great and helps to insulate. Working with the Soake team was a joy. They guided us through the entire process and the owners personally checked in to make sure we were happy. It’s rare these days to get that type of service. I recommend their pools and service to anyone that’s looking for a spa or small pool.

We recently installed a Soake Pool. It will be used primarily as a spa but has the benefit of being a small pool for our grandchildren (who just love it and never want to get out)! All the staff at Soake have been great to work with and still there to help us as we learn the ins and outs of water chemistry :). So glad we found this company to make our backyard project complete.
