Spotlight Pools LLC

My husband I had a beautiful pool in Arizona, and after we moved here we were wanting to build for a while. After interviewing several companies, we decided to give Spotlight a chance. We liked the design idea that our designer had and his outside of the box way of thinking because we were facing several challenges, septic system and slope in our backyard. Even though the process took a bit longer than expected (which we were aware of) our pool turned our beautiful! Thank you Dave and the team.

Be sure to read the contract carefully. The Spotlight Pools contract we sighed requires all payment prior to finishing the project, so if you are unhappy with anything you are not able to withhold money until the project is completed to your satisfaction. Yes, I should have known better. For example, we have been waiting on the guardrail for three months! Also, the caulking between the concrete and the coping will not be completed until this fall. According to Spotlight Pools project manager it is too warm now (July 2021) to install it. Finally, we were told we would be given a "pool school" that would explain how to maintain and operate the equipment. Their "pool school" was totally inadequate. We were told the pool would be ready in three months. It actually took from mid-November 2020 to June 2021 before it passed inspection.
