Sunset Pools built our custom pool in 2022, and we couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, their team was dedicated, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. Like any major project, there were a few challenges along the way, but Sunset Pools handled everything with care and commitment. The owner even came by on a weekend to personally adjust a setting on our pump—talk about service! Every interaction we've had, from the office staff to the maintenance team, has been outstanding. Building a pool is no small undertaking. I meet with several companies and by far Sunset Pools was the best. Rob the salesman listened to all my concerns and questions and answered them all. Sunset provided me a schedule with all the dates of construction. From the dig date to the turn up date and everything was on schedule. The crew was very efficient and took the time to answer any concerns I had during construction. Whenever I needed something Cathy was always quick to respond. Sunset pools is amazing. The entire process was so smooth. We met with Rob who came out to our home to sit down with us to discuss our design ideas. He is very knowledgeable and explained many things to us in detail that none of the other companies did that we met with. He sent us some beautiful 3d drawings helping our visions become reality. We then visited the showroom where sunset offers many tile and paver options. Max was our Construction Manager and always made sure things were on track. Cathy provided us detailed schedules throughout the project, and any questions were answered immediately. Every worker that came to our home throughout Construction was very professional and courteous. After talking to others that have had pools installed i am positive that Sunset Pools was the best option for us. Thank you Sunset for making our dream come true!!

The crew was friendly and courteous throughout the process. They treated my property as if it was their own. Communication from sunset was frequent. I loved the email communications so there was never any question of what I was told or what I thought I heard. I just had to review my emails and I knew everything that was being planned.
