Our Superior Pool installation project began in Sept. 2019 with a visit to the office in Port Charlotte. Ben Cook was our Design Consultant and we came to agreement with a projected start date of mid Nov. It must be noted that Superior Pools is NOT responsible for scheduling of any landscaping preparation or finishing work that needs to be done. We used a recommended landscape firm and they got those things taken care of in a timely manner. Larry Lipke managed the construction phase and all of the involved crew members were knowledgeable and courteous. Construction ran relatively smoothly and the pool was ready for start-up in mid Feb 2020. Any and all construction defects or issues were handled promptly by follow-up crews. Josh Kline handled the start-up, but then handed it off to Pat Kline. Corey Ellis was our first Pool Service Technician, but Covid-19 led to an employee shake-up and we currently have Scarlett Jackson. Both of these people do an excellent job and the equipment that makes it all work seems dependable. Overall, a project of this scope does make a mess for a while, but totally worth it.. Satisfied customers.

We choose Superior based on customer recommendations. Probably not the cheapest, but they delivered on their promises and built a beautiful pool in less than 40 days from ground breaking to swim-worthy water. The design process was painless, gave us many choices and allowed us to get exactly what we wanted Completely professional, well choreographed teams of craftsmen. The one issue I noted was resolved to my satisfaction. We are completely satisfied.

We didn't make this decision easily; we discussed pools, made spreadsheets and talked to neighbors...then we called four different pool companies. We were told that Superior would probably be the most expensive, but when I added all the individual components to my spreadsheet (the equipment that would be used,) everything was at a different quality level than the competitors. When we found that Superior doesn't have a lot of subcontractors, that weighed in our decision. Every part of the project was completed timely, neatly cleaned up and Superior went above and beyond to surpass our expectations. We couldn't be happier or feel that our decision wasn't perfect. Thank you Ben, Josh, Superior Pools for taking such good care of us. You were honest, fair and most of all SUPERIOR!!

Superior Pools, is just that, "Superior" in every way from start to finish. When I decided to build a pool, I spoke with 3 Fort Myers area pool builders and two of them tried to "hard close" me, fast talking, up-selling, poor listening and communication skills. When I sat down with Spencer, he was just there to listen to what I wanted, asked good questions, provided feedback in a manner that was simply education - so that I could make educated decisions. Once we settled on the design and price, I did not hesitate in signing. Start to finish, the pool took approximately 70 days and the schedule was consistent and in line with the expectations that were set. Additionally, I had a hectic travel schedule at this time, and Mike couldn't have been more accommodating relative to communication, pictures, and answering any of my questions in a timely manner.

We are very satisfied with what we received and got everything we paid for with no surprises. This is the first time we've owned a pool and really had no idea what we were doing. We knew going in to this process we had a certain amount of money to spend and were on somewhat on a tight budget. We wish we would have thought more about water features as well as what the estimated monthly cost would be for weekly service. One of the favorite parts of the process was toward the end when it all started to come together with the colors we had chosen. SuperIor was the contractor that came in to fix what 2 local so called pool contractors messed up. Both were fired and we were compensated for the screw ups. Superior was recommended by the material company that supplied the entire resurfacing of the pool and spa. From Anthony who quoted and oversaw the project to Geraldo who crafted the most intricate details, they were fast, neat, respectful and abided to the entire contract. They are a gem in a sea of trap rock in the construction industry.

Superior pools is nothing short of incredible, their level of detail is amazing. From Danielle's design to ensure we maximized space to the tile and decking crews everything was ensured to be perfect. Larry and Anthony ensured any questions we had were answered immediately and kept us in the loop through the process. Their staff are always willing to help, like Pat who does their start ups answered immediately whenever a question was asked even after hours. Their pool cleaners like DeSean and Corey are friendly and answer any concerns while onsite. I would recommend anyone to sit with them when pricing as they were comparable in price to others but offered much better equipment and materials than their competitors. Our pool was built during one of the most troubled times with covid19 and superior still completed the job on time and we were swimming in 40 days. Watching the pool come to life step by step is just as incredible from initial design and then each day seeing your backyard turn into a your dream.

From out first meeting with Spencer Brandt all of our dealings with Superior were professional and the entire staff was happy to work with us from design, picking materials and colors through to the construction. We were happy to learn that this family business has roots in Fort Myers and are sensitive to the needs of their customers. Our dealing with Spencer, his staff and crew have been fantastic! We contacted Superior Pools back in Feb/2019 and he ran with the ball to provide us with a great design that would serve our likes and needs. This pool took about two months to complete and the price was more than what we wanted to spend, but the quality, material and equipment, warranty, returned texts/emails, telephones calls and extras surpassed that concern. Also, when choosing your features and extra's, water features, hot tub, etc...my suggestion is to get them. You do not want to have any regrets after the pool is built. Of course, subject to your budget. We love our custom pool. Thank you Superior!

Being new to the SW FL area we were nervous about committing to such a large scale project, but the pros at Superior walked us through the process, reducing our stress levels and ensuring that things went smooth. We had heard horror stories about subcontractors not showing up and pool projects taking months to complete. Not an issue with Superior! Our pool construction started July 2 with scraping the ground and it was filled it with water on August 4. That's unbelievably fast and professional service! We are pleased with everything about our new backyard oasis and the entire team at Superior has been pleasant to work with, addressing any concerns we have promptly and professionally. I highly recommend Superior Pools to anyone looking to have a superior product installed with a no-stress installation process. We received no less than 3 bids on the project and while we didn’t go with the least expensive we did go with the best! If we ever have another pool done I will definitely have Superior as my builder. Dani was fantastic in the designing process, helping me make decisions as well as getting the proper docs to my HOA for prompt approval. I can’t say enough great things about this experience, and I absolutely LOVE my new pool and spa.

The best of the best! Seth was great showing us ideas for our new pool. We picked out high quality materials and he explained each one, from the tile to the lighting. My husband and I watched videos of Superior installing other pools, we were ready. Installation started and the whole neighborhood was watching. Clean, conscientious and hard working were the employees. They all wore Superior pool shirts and made sure they cleaned after themselves (dirt, water mugs ect) everyday. Was so much fun watching. Seth gave us a 30 day goal. We were swimming in 30 days. The lighting at night is beautiful. Josh was our next guy and he helped educate us about the pool. He was there weekly until we were ready. Then hubby broke his leg playing hockey. Josh came a few more weeks afterwards for free just to help out. We swim in the pool everyday. Kids and grandkids love to swim. Our retriever loves it too and the basket with the sock keeps the pool dog hair free. We love our pool! Had to edit and add one more thing. Absolute Aluminum works hand in hand with Superior pools and we got one of the finest state of the art pool cages. Screen is bug free. Doors are high quality with special key locks. Absolute even installed a large doggy door. All up in 2 days. The inspector of the screen lanai was meticulous. He went through every screw to make sure it was tight and sure. Needless to say we live out by our pool.

Superior Pools of Southwest Florida exceeded our expectations, we went to there office, met with our designer “Dani”, she explained the entire process and timeframe from beginning to end. It’s 30 to 45 days from digging the whole to water in the pool. We did check with other pool builders in the area and they told us it would be a minimum of 10 to 12 weeks and they use all subcontractors. Superior pools has all of its own staff. If we had a question they were more than accommodating, there was never a day that went by that someone showed up to do some portion of the build. We were so impressed that we now have there weekly pool service to keep everything looking like new. From our designer Dani to construction manger Larry to our pool start up/pool school manager Josh have all be awesome. It feels like we are part of the Superior family. Thank you

My wife and I had a pool built two years ago and we're so glad we chose Superior Pools. Constructing a pool is one of the few things one does that is literally cast in concrete. This was our first pool so we were very careful selecting the design, the deck material, the pool equipment, and most importantly, the builder. After interviewing a number of pool builders, we realized there are important characteristics that distinguish one from another. Some builders don't provide 3D drawings, for example, claiming such diagrams couldn't be used for construction purposes. Turns out, not true; they just didn't want to buy the pool software and associated graphics computers, both of which are quite expensive. Other pool builders told us they don't make equipment warranty claims on the customer's behalf. One builder told us not to worry, they would tell us exactly what to say so the warranty claim wouldn’t be denied by the manufacturer. Another pool builder was able to produce 3D drawings but didn’t want to spend the time needed to finalize the design. We later learned he got in trouble with the County for lying about pool permits. We discovered most pool builders use sub-contractors, which at first, seemed fine. Turns out sub-contractors are independent and can be difficult to schedule, resulting in construction delays. We have a neighbor who used a pool builder who had no in-house staff at all. His subs took over a year to complete the job. Afterwards, that builder didn't answer the phone when it came to service. My wife and I learned that travertine distributors don't guarantee quality and color, often delivering broken pieces or pavers that don’t look like the showroom samples. Most of the pool builders we contacted warned us they would not be responsible for travertine; we had to accept it as delivered and pay for replacements if the recommended extra 10% wasn’t sufficient. Nor would they be responsible for travertine settling after a few years, as it typically does in Florida; we would have to pay for it to be reset when the time came. The more questions we asked, the more we realized we had concerns one typically doesn't come upon until after the contract is signed, which of course is too late. We happened upon Superior Pools in the Pool and Spa News annual list of top 50 pool builders nationwide and learned they were ranked #1 in customer service. We met with the owner, Jon Krawczyk. He has old school values - integrity, commitment, honesty, personal relationships. When we expressed our travertine concerns to Jon, he replied “Don’t worry. If it isn’t what it’s supposed to be, I’ll make it right, at my expense”. "I’ll treat you as if I were building my own pool", Jon told us. And he did. Our pool consultant, Ben, worked with us in finalizing the design. There were many iterations which were easy to conceptualize with the 3D color drawings. Using Ben's computer, we were able to look at our future pool and deck from many different angles. Ben was able to show us in real time how each change looked. He not only had this state-of-the art technology at his disposal, he gave us as much of his time as we needed; a benefit not provided by his competitors. The end result was a beautiful pool, spa, and sun shelf that came out exactly the way we wanted. Our pool was completed in four weeks, as promised. Having their own crews on staff allowed the various construction phases to be scheduled with no delays, a feat I understand that isn’t commonplace in the industry. Superior Pools maintains a good working relationship with County building departments and expeditiously scheduled the various required inspections, all of which passed without a hitch. We had several issues during the first two years, and Superior Pools promptly made repairs and dealt directly with equipment manufacturers on warranty claims. They were the only builder that took responsibility for travertine, replacing all unsatisfactory pavers at no additional cost to the customer. When the travertine pavers later settled, as anticipated, they reset them, replaced the ones that cracked, and power washed the deck, again without additional expense. Jon stands by his work and wants his customers to be happy. Jon’s sales, construction, and maintenance staff are a reflection of his values. They went out of their way to provide excellent customer service. Superior Pools is not the low-cost builder. In fact, they’re more expensive than their competitors, BUT the integrity and exemplary support exhibited to us was well worth it. We consider it an investment that pays handsome dividends. Jon likes to make a deal with a handshake. When you get to that point, you’ll know you made the right decision.

After speaking to 3 different pool contractors, I chose to work with Superior. After spending 5 minutes on the phone and texting a simple drawing of my idea, within half an hour I had a realistic print of a design that was much better than my vision and perfect for my space. My primary residence is in NY so Ben spoke to me via face time to pick out tile and pavers, and even when he was at my home during the construction to show me the progression live. He walked me through the whole process and sent me pictures during the construction process. He promised 30 days dig to swim and they lived up to that with a beautiful quality pool. Everyone I have dealt With at Superior have been kind, helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. I love that I can view the status of my pool and control it through an app in my phone. First, I will touch on Time Frame. The Swimming Pool industry average build times are 120 days to 180 days. The main reason why the average is so long, is because contractors are on 5'O clock Florida time.

Superior Pools has Two locations. The Superior Pools Headquarters in Port Charlotte, and Superior Pools of Fort Myers. Sometimes it can be confusing because we are the same company, who share the same website, but are in different counties which have different codes. Each office has different build times because of many numerous factors. The Superior Pools in Port Charlotte averages 40 days from dig to water in the pool. The Superior Pools in Fort Myers averages 60 days from dig to water in the pool. With those honest build times we build the best quality swimming pools in the shortest time. Now it’s not easy to build custom pools in that short of time and takes many long hours and added stress, that is the reason why no other builders want to match our build times. They would rather work less and enjoy their own pool instead of you enjoying yours. Its funny the excuses we hear. From the pool shell must cure 28 days before any work can be done on it. FALSE, because water cure's concrete. Another great one is Superior charges more to build quicker. Which again is false.

Superior Pools does not charge any extra for our best in the business build times. The 2 main reasons why we build like we do are. First, we have over 45 In-house employees and to keep everyone working every day, each stage needs to be completed when scheduled. Second, when Superior Pools was founded in 2001, we made it our priority to have the best built times in the business, with the best quality products and installers. Below is a short story on why Superior Pools focuses so much on build times and quality.

When we moved down here in 2000, We were new to Florida and so we built a new house and pool. We did not do our homework and picked the middle-priced contractor who was a local builder and we could only use his pool contractor. The job was the longest build times we have ever experienced, and was full of empty promises, lies and lack of quality and the worst customer service ever.
We are from the Midwest, where we were raised with the work ethics of working till the job is finished correctly and our word is our word. It was a huge culture shock because we did not know any better and thought we could trust everyone. So, after dealing with that construction nightmare we said let’s start a pool business and with our Midwest honesty and work ethics, we can become the best pool builder in South West Florida.

The second of Superior Pools motto is Quality. Building A Quality Custom Swimming Pool is what makes us Superior Pools. We only use the best products that we know that work. We offer the best products to our customers as our standards which is every other companies upgrades. The word upgrade does two things. It forces the price conscious buyers into the basic or leaves the door open to lose credibility because of the added unknown cost and upcharges that come along with upgrades. So, by offering the upgrades as our standards, our customers get the best products and we keep our word, which means the most to us. The major key factors in the word quality are standing behind your products and making sure your customers are taken care of. Because without satisfied customers we would not be in business. Superior Pools stands behind products, even when the manufacture does not. We know that things will go wrong and even the best products will fail. Superior Pools will take care of the issues and to do what is right.

No matter how good the quality products are, the best products will not be quality without a structured company who understands customer service and knows how to implement customer service in all phases of the product. Superior Pools was voted #1 in the nation for our customer service and have won many other national awards for our customer service.

We consulted a local company here in Venice to design a pool for us. The came and were less than enthusiastic about creating a small "spool". We contacted Superior Pools and Ben took the ball and ran! He informed us that we could extend our patio to the property line (Sarasota County) and fit a nicely designed (by him) spa/pool combo with waterfalls. Jon (owner) came out to do the excavation because we were close to a palm tree we wanted to save. Installation was interrupted only a few days for concrete curing, etc. The guys were here every day. Any fine tuning of the tile work, pavers, etc. was handled immediately and we are extremely satisfied with the results. All questions about the mechanicals have been answered promptly, even on Sunday (thanks, Josh)! Their "pool school" lessons have kept us crystal clear water and there was never any pressure to buy their pool maintenance service. Our new cage by Absolute Aluminum (subbed by Superior) is awesome and the whole project gets nothing but compliments. Even a heat exchanger failure, covered by warantee, was completely handled by Superior. You get what you pay for!

We are very pleased with the end product. Our pool is great and our weekly service person is also very good. He’s very attentive and gives a solid effort each and every week. He communicates well as needed. The sale and the design presented issues that were not especially easy to deal with. We felt like some issues could have been handled better, but eventually things were resolved to a satisfactory level. The service program can sometimes seem slow if it requires attention beyond the scope of our weekly pool person. Overall we’re happy customers!

Superior Pools is outstanding! They were recommended by a contractor and we visited the Superior Pools office to check it out. Their office staff cordially met with us and quickly put together a quote for renovation project. They were willing to work with us even though we live 50 miles away. They projected that ripping out the old interior and installing new tile, ultra-smooth hydrazzo finish, and all new pump and heat equipment would take three days. We were skeptical, but hopeful. True to their word, it was completed in three days. Their pool service team visited several times per week to balance and clean the new salt-water system. They also put us through ‘pool school’, teaching us the operation and maintenance of the entire system, including WiFi remote app. Superior Pools exceeded all of our expectations!! Our experience, from beginning to end, was excellent. We recommend them highly!

You cannot give a brief review about Superior Pools. They are not your everyday ‘wham bam thank you ma’am’ type of company. They are a well organized, state of the art, precision ‘family’. They are a family of skilled people who take pride in their work and truly care about the end result but most of all pleasing their customers. Are they the cheapest? Not by far. But they were the most intricate of any company I met with comparing the work and the costs of my particular job. They replaced my pool, decking and with Absolute Aluminum the cage. It was one of those ‘might as well’ type of decisions I made while pricing. I knew I would need new decking…might as well get pavers. I priced repairing my old white cage….might as well get a new bronze one. The end result was killer. My project was completed the end of August. Hurricane Irma arrived two weeks later. I’m happy to report no damages. But more importantly when Josh came to tend to my pool he noticed a cypress and frangipani were downed due to the storm. He righted both. Dani, the sales rep who I dealt with, texted me to see if I was OK. Like I said at the start…this is not your everyday ‘wham bam thank you ma’am’ type of company. They are now part of my family.

All the equipment they recommended was top quality, and maticulously installed. They also provided a very good warrantee. To start with ,this is the first in-ground pool I have had built. Having said that,I have been around and worked in enough different types of construction to know the difference between quality and crap. The whole process from start to finish was relatively painless,(with the exception of paying for it :).Ben took our thoughts and came up with a great design.Within days of the permits being approved the crew was out starting the project. I watched nearly 100% of the construction and the level of expertise and craftsmanship was outstanding.Superior has some true artists working for them when it comes to brick and tile work. They guarantee completion within 40 days of start....they beat that. I would recommend them to anyone without reservation.

Our experience with superior pools was beyond expectations! Ben, their design/sales manager made the process very simple with the 3-D experience. We were able to customize our needs and wants before even starting the process, which was very important to us. Ben thought of things we had not even considered, offered solutions, and gave us samples to make the process very painless When they gave us a completion date of 40 days, we were very skeptical. But, from the moment they started mapping our yard for the pool, till the completion date, the service was consistent, quick and professional. Our project was completed in 22 days!! Superior Pools are worth every penny and I would recommend them highly to anyone. It was a real pleasure to work with them throughout the entire process of our pool and deck remodel. They except no less than perfection of their products, craftsmanship and customer service. Last spring we met with 4 different pool companies with the intention of redoing our pool and deck and possibly our cage. We knew immediately that Superior Pools was definitely the superior contractor regarding materials and availability, workmanship (no sub contractors), warranty and customer service (before during and after) and attention to detail. We hired them to remodel the pool, install a travertine deck (on the bias which involved more labor but for which they did not charge.) The quality of the travertine tiles are exceptional. They stood by their promise to only use pristine pieces of stone. We also hired them to remove and install a new open view cage. The entire job was done in less than 2 weeks and is breathtakingly beautiful! Unfortunately the product we chose for our pool finish was disappointing not just to us but to Superior Pool staff as well. They quickly honored their warranty and took the steps to completely redo the finish at no charge to us. I can not stress enough how quickly and completely they acknowledged the less than perfect finish results and took the steps to correct it quickly and completely.

Superior Pools did an outstanding job on our pool remodel. Ben Cook was our designer, who worked closely with us throughout the entire process. He was always available and receptive to our ideas. He obtained for us Artisan handrails and a Waterfall descent to make the design uniquely ours. The coping and waterline tile crew led by Gerardo, worked 12-14 hour days to finish their "piece of the puzzle" in four days. The crew that installed the Travertine tile were prompt and efficient. Gerardo came back to do the plaster work in the interior of the pool. We were filling the pool with water in less than two weeks. Following this, Absolute Aluminum erected a new cage with a 30 foot picture window, as well as open sides. Mario and his partner worked 4 1/2 days to complete this incredible project. We will be installing Nebula lighting inside the cage within the next few weeks. Josh and Patrick Kline are getting the pool ready to transition to salt water this week, and getting us onto the Pentair remote control system. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the entire process and have brought many of our friends by throughout the build. We look forward to Superior maintaining our pool in the coming years. You may get some other company to give you a lower bid, but Superior is outstanding in every facet of the project. It all comes down to the old saying, "you get what you pay for".

We worked with the Fort Myers division of Superior Pools and I have to say this company is top notch! I sent my original request for quote to 4 companies and Superior was the first to respond (some didn't even respond). After I called them, the very next day, without a deposit or a commitment to buying from them, Michael sent me a 3D colour computer drawing of a proposed pool that fell within the budget we provided. Well...that was it for me. Any company that can provide that kind of service right off the bat tells me that they are the one's to deal with....and my instincts were correct. The contract was professional and they took the time to explain everything and anything that could affect the build and the price, so that there would be NO surprises. We tweaked the pool design a couple times to get the exact pool we wanted within the budget we had, and Michael whipped off the changes each time without any issues and provided a 3D model for each change so we can actually see what they would look like. They were extremely helpful when it came time to choose the finishes for the pool and the patio, and we're thrilled with the end result. We're in a new construction area, and already we've had 2 new neighbours rave over the pool and they too have hired Superior Pools. Our other neighbour who was in before us used a different company and he had A LOT of issues with the company he hired, and he wishes he had used Superior Pools (who did quote on his pool but he went with somebody else who was only marginally less expensive...and he regrets it.....you get what you pay for!!). Now...it didn't stop there. After the build/install, Superior sent Logan to look after the pool for around 7 weeks. Logan is top notch too. Our pool was spotless and the water is so healthy/perfect, and he takes pride in keeping it that way. Everyone in the Fort Myers office is so friendly and so professional. I was scared of this entire process and it went so smooth and we're so happy we chose Superior Pools as our contractor. If you're building a pool in the Fort Myers area, you have to use Superior Pools.

Have enjoyed our pool for almost a year now, It is perfect! The project from start to finish went like clockwork All phases of constrution where completed on time, even in bad weather. The crew continued to work on the pool during a rain storm. They formed a tent over the project with a sheet of plastic and used a blower to keep it up. Ingenious! When we recently purchased our home in Naples, we started an extensive construction and remodeling project that involved multiple contractors. With no contacts in the area, we had to rely on interviews and proposals. Though my husband and I have extensive construction and engineering experience, we were apprehensive about building a pool. From the time we first met with Spencer Brandt, we were convinced that he captured our vision for the new pool area. He made great suggestions, responded to emails immediately, and even spent time searching for tile to coordinate our outdoor kitchen with the pool trim. The construction crew arrived when expected, worked until the planned task was completed, and maintained a clean and organized work site. Mike, the construction supervisor, coordinated with the other contractors and personally inspected each stage, maintaining that it was "his" pool until the completed project was released to us! Dealt with many contractors over the years and I may say Superior Pools were the best to deal with they were professional in every aspect of the pool building. They presented you with a plan and a schedule and met every deadline. Danielle communicated several times a week with progress reports so you always knew what was going on and who was coming to the house. I have been in the construction Business for over 20 years, and they did it; they really did it. They did what they said they were going to do and more. When they said my pool would be done in 4-5 weeks it was done in 4. Meanwhile, my neighbor had a pool done and they waited over 2 months after hearing 5 weeks. Superior is true to their name. I noticed 2 pieces of coping on spa slightly out of square that most people wouldn't. I wasn't even going to mention it. Guess what? I didn't even need to. They called to tell me the crew would be out to replace 2 pieces of coping because the supervisor noticed were out of level. Total communication, great follow through, very thorough at point of sale, not high pressure, and quality control. Their price was competitive, although higher than others after experiencing their superior service it is apparent why that is the case. Truly, in this world YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! Remember after you get an apples to apples price you still have to consider the infrastructure of the company you are choosing and the longevity of them. Based on the others i received quotes from Superior was on top of that list. I am not just a price guy, I am in construction and know what you should look for when choosing a company to construct anything. Hope these comments and advice help when you choose!!

Recently relocating to Rotonda West, FL from Georgia, we had no pool experience or knowledge. We asked around about recommended pool companies. Most mentioned Superior Pools as a good company, along with a few other companies. We met with Superior Pools, Chad & Danielle Turowski. Not only did they respond to every detail of our pool desires but they also educated us regarding construction details we needed to know in order to make an informed pool company decision. We also met with another pool company. The educational benefit from Our Superior Pools discussion guided us on asking pool/ spa construction questions. Superior Pools lives up to their name of giving a superior and quality service and pool. B Cook was an excellent, professional and very accommodating. He was literally available day or night! He was quiet patient with us and our endless questions. Pat is very friendly and courteous and quiet knowledgeable about pool chemicals. Josh was friendly and knowledgeable and answered any questions in the construction field. The office staff was quiet friendly as well! The gentleman, who did the pool tile work, the coping and finished the plaster work of the pool was meticulous and exceptional! The crew who laid the patio block decking were excellent! Absolute Aluminum did an outstanding job creating the pool cage to meet the dimension and design of our "L" shaped pool, off our lenai!! The pool contract was all inclusive! Superior Pools uses their own contractors from start to finish. We didn't have to hunt and search for contractors to do each section and try to schedule them in. From start to finish, it was like a well oiled machine; each contractor coming in to do his part of the job! We truly didn't have to worry about a thing. At one point, we were concerned about the color of the plaster; we wanted to have 'blue' water but the plaster was white. B Cook assured us that it would be blue and we trusted him that he would be true to his word. and he as!

Superior Pools sets the high water mark from their presentation through the complete build. A completely professional organization that does exactly what they say they'll do. Came in on budget and on time. They were not the least expensive of the 6 bids received however its obvious from the completed job the extra dollars were well worth it. Attention to details is their strength. Having never an unground pool Gunite pool I was at there mercy of whomever I hired. I was never let down for the decision to go with Superior Pools. As a buyer, I'm trained to look for suppliers who offer quality products delivered on time for a fair price, with excellent continued customer care and support. Nothing could more closely describe Superior Pools, whom we hired to put a backyard pool in at our private home. Quality: Finished pool is gorgeous! They use upgraded equipment and materials as their standard. Some very minor tweaks were needed along the way, and they were extremely attentive and receptive. They live to their motto "we will make it right". The end result is a pool we love and are proud to entertain in! Timeline: They had us swimming in four weeks, exactly as promised. They were even able to make that happen during an extraordinarily rainier-than-normal summer season. Cost: Although their bid did not come in the cheapest, the upgrades they provide as their standard, along with the professionalism and timely, courteous service you receive from the owners right on down to the workers is well worth the few extra dollars spent. Overall, you get what you pay for, and the cost was fair for what they provide. It can be hard sometimes to find trustworthy and honest contractors, but these people are the real deal. Continued Support: We found that owners as well as supervisors at Superior would typically answer messages and texts same-day (sometimes within an hour or two). They do NOT leave you hanging. Even if they don't have an answer for you yet, they will call and let you know they are still working on it. This provided a real sense of comfort that you are being taken care of. I am extremely confident they will continue to support us in anything we may need. When they welcome you into their Superior family, they really mean it.

Superior Pools did a complete redo on our 10+ year old pool. The original contractor had cut corners, installed substandard products and had poorly finished our 900 square foot pool, spa and beach areas. Superior removed old pop ups, skimmers, equipment, decking and wall material, essentially built us a brand new pool. I can't be positive enough about the workmanship, response to any issues raised - the overall professionalism of Superior and staff. In the end the finished product looked fantastic and works flawlessly. We did our research and decided on Superior based not only on online reviews but on the actual work they had completed which we were able to see in pictures and onsite. Quality Work in a short period of time... From the time my permit was approved I was filling my pool and spa up with water in 21 days! I did not sacrifice quality for speed. In that short period of time they installed a top of the line Pentair Intelliflo system, spa, heat, pavers and salt upgrades. The project also included a covered lanai with elite panel roof and cage by Absolute Aluminum . I received excellent service from beginning to end starting with the sales guy Chad, Jon, Josh, and Pat. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience with Superior Pools. I liked the fact that they are a family based company - business is done face to face. You can tell very quickly that the family is involved and work well together as a team - not always the case. The design process is pretty stress free. The CAD system helps to visualize what the pool will look like at your site vs just a static vision of a pool. The pumps and materials used are first rate - I checked in Consumer Reports. I was not sure why Chad, the Sales/Design guy, kept reinforcing the fact that their crews do most of the work; it was apparent during the construction. Being a first time pool owner, I had no idea how complex the plumbing and electrical systems can be. The crews are quick and efficient. It was nice to have Superior do all the permitting. If you've lived in SW Florida for long, you learn that the building codes here can be complex and cause costly delays. I was happy to have Superior run all the permits and act as the general contractor. Having done construction in the past, I was VERY impressed with their ability to stay on budget and on schedule. Their folks are very well trained. Everyone that worked on my pool was polite, professional, personable and very knowledgeable. These guys know how to build a pool. There is a LOT more that goes into a pool than a hole and some water. The only opportunities for improvement I can mention are cost (was about 20% more than I had budgeted), payment terms (final payment is due prior to completion) and landscaping (if you have an existing yard, be ready to replace sod and landscaping - $5K for my project). However, after working with Superior, I understand their policies and I've had absolutely zero problems contacting someone, getting questions answered or getting minor changes/fixes done quickly and professionally. They say the best costs a bit more and Superior markets itself as the best in the area. I am retired disabled veteran. I needed a company that would treat me right and provide one central contact. I wanted a pool that was maintenance free and would last. I love my pool. If fact, it is now an "outdoor living area". These guys aren't the cheapest, but they back it up with performance and service.

Held to the estimate and everything in writing and had us initial plans and any changes....handy when our memory failed at one point, although this was contracted for about 6 months before pool construction commenced. Recently had inside of pool resurfaced and all equipment changed out to a salt system, with a heater installed. They also installed pavers around my pool. Work was completed in a timely manner. Each day job site was cleaned up and left presentable. Would highly recommend them to anyone considering a new pool or remodel. I did my homework got 3 estimates and they were in line price wise. When we decided to install a pool in our vacation home in Venice, Fl , we visited many new neighborhoods and watched each company install their pool from start to not always finish. Some company's showed up one day and then we didn't see them for many days. There was only one company that when excavation was started, they remained on the job from morning till a lot of times after dark. They happened to be building a pool next door to our brothers house. Superior Pools is by far the only company we recommend to install your swimming pool. We should know, we are one of the largest Inground pool companies in the north east. We knew what we were looking for and what to look for in a company. So you can be assured you will get the best job possible from Superior Pools. One last item, when other pools were still not done 3 months later, Superior Pools had our pool finished in 2 weeks ready for water.

We love our salt water pool from Superior. From sales, construction to the office staff, everyone was exceedingly helpful. The process was always on schedule and we were kept advised, throughout. When construction was complete, Superior was quick to adress any problems. I would highly reccommend Superior Pools ! They were wonderful.

Last year my husband and I had our lanai converted to include a beautiful pool and pool enclosure from Superior Pools. We are impressed with the highest quality or workmanship, materials, and professional people involved with the entire process that was as advertised and completed in 30 days. We truly feel we chose the best company and enjoy a beautiful retreat out our own back door. Thank you Jon for a wonderful experience.

Superior Pools built our pool and spa in 2013. They did a great job. Our pool was finished in 30 days, including the cage and staining of the deck. I Cannot say enough good things about this company. All of our expectations were met, and I would recommend them to anyone who is thinking about putting in a pool. On a side note, last year they put in a paver driveway for us, and again,,perfect. Everything is beautiful. The workers were polite, cleaned up the job site daily, and always there when expected.

We visited 5 different pool builders before we decided to hire Superior Pools for our new construction home project. They provided us with a computer generated 3D pool with decking according our specifications. Their pricing was very good considering we included a lot of extras with the package including LED deck fountains, mosaics, table, sunshelf, travertine tile. They were always on schedule at each stage of pool construction and coordinated well with our home builder. When we had some minor issues, superior pool staff ensured those problems were corrected in a timely manner. They provide quality service and high quality products which are extremely important when hiring a pool builder!! We've had many compliments on our pool and highly recommend Superior Pools. They did a great job and we would gladly hire them again!

I interviewed 5 different companies before I decided on Superior Pools. Superior never made me regret that decision. The attention I received from day one made me feel secure about the process. Building a pool is a major project and lots of money. The workers were very profession, highly skilled and VERY ATTENTIVE to details. Every little detail was as important to them as it was to me. Superior Pools expertise and professionalism stands them head and shoulders above their peers. Their guidance, 3D computer drawings, references of previous satisfied customers, timely responsiveness to our queries and concerns, quality people and top notch materials are all characteristics of a top notch company. Their attention to detail is remarkable. They were able to complete the entire project exactly according to schedule which is quite remarkable when you consider all the phases of the whole operation. We do not know how anyone could be dissatisfied with choosing Superior when it comes to installing a pool.

I selected Superior Pools to build my new swimming pool for two reasons. One: Spent about two weeks investigating pool companies in the area on the internet and BBB. This included looking to see where they were located and what their place of business looked like. Two: The wife and I drove to the Superior location for a visit. We kind of knew when we walked in and was greeted and offered the chance to look around while we waited to talk with someone that we liked what we saw. We left with a purchase of a new pool. For anyone knew to getting a pool installed, don't be alarmed, as I was, at damage that appears to be done in digging a pool in a confined area. Jon ( the owner ) promised me I would end up with a " Superior " pool and I Did. Everyone at Superior Pools is dedicated to delivering a very quality product. The work crews show up when scheduled and are very good at their jobs. Thanks to Jon, Josh ( construction lead man ), Pat ( pool teacher ) and all the crews for a job well done. Superior Pool installed our pool from the ground up. They told me it would be 6 weeks from start to end and they finished early. Anytime they told me a crew would be at my home to work on the pool they were there. Everything they told me they delivered on. They helped me out with the layout of the pool to fit in our budget and area. We have had lots of guest remark on how good the pool and pool area looked at our home.

We hired Superior pools in 2013 to install a lanai & inground pool. We couldn't be happier with the finished product. There were a couple of minor details that needed attention, & they showed up promptly & corrected them. I still call them today if I have a problem with something that I have done & they either explain it to me over the phone or come out & help me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

After a sit-down with Jon (Pool King JR.), my wife and I were beyond ecstatic and even more confident with Jon and his company Superior Pools! Jon and his Team spent countless hours with us and multiple 3D drawings to make sure we had EXACTLY what we wanted. Superior Pools made my wife and I feel like we were part of the family and it is extremely rare to find that in business these days. Jon worked with us to give us the most options for what we wanted at the best price possible. He succeeded! We signed our names with a personal promise of "you will be swimming in 33 days or less", we couldn't wait to get started. Sure enough, 30 days exactly later, we were swimming! The construction came out so perfect and beautiful, we felt like we were still looking at our 3D picture. Superior Pools, literally made our dream go to paper and then to reality! I wish I owned more homes just so I can have the pleasure of doing business with them again. His pool cleaning team, run by Josh, are extremely polite and extremely hard workers with tons of knowledge, who make sure that your pool will ALWAYS be more "Superior" than anyone else out there!
