So let me tell you I’m excited to share with you about a service we used to resurface and retile our pool! Tile Concepts. I’d been in touch with Billy Fritz recommended by my awesome pool service company. We talked about using his services for about 6 months but we had a situation to address first, then the winter to deal with before we could go forward. We FINALLY got on his schedule for this April 2022. Yay! And let me tell you I could NOT be more pleased ! Our pool has never looked so beautiful ! His team is talented and professional in every sense of the word. Billy was always stopping in to check on the progress on a daily basis and making sure all flowed as it should. He even got in the empty pool himself and wiped down areas that did not fit his standard (yes he is a perfectionist !!!) He is truly involved and cares for his work. Our pool is not large, and he still accepted our job and it was done so well !!! To my understanding he also does re-builds and listen his pictures on his website will blow you away !!!! I’ve attached some pictures albeit underwater… but trust me it’s beautiful !!! We went with NASK 1254 Zenith glass tile from Noble Tile Supply and white plaster with blue quartz. We highly recommend Tile Concepts be assured Billy Fritz and his amazing team will take great care of you.

Billy Fritz knows pools! He completely remodeled our pool in 2007 and the pool is still amazing. He has been a valuable resource keeping everything up to perfection! Effective inspection and touch-up work done as promised. He's 100% honest and straight forward in everything he does. Tile Concept prices were fair and reasonable. I cannot say enough good things about Tile Concepts. They exceeded my expectations in every aspect. I did a re-plaster and complete remodel of my pool. This was not the cheapest company but was price competitive - not the most expensive either. The owner has decades of experience and his crews are the best. I was amazed at their proficiency as I watched various phases of the project. The best reason to use this company is the owner. He is not afraid to roll up his sleeves and personally make sure every detail is being done to his standards. He was always present - I kept seeing him over and over again - It was incredible. He is easy to communicate with - text, phone, or in person. He stays on top of every detail. The day my pool was filling was Christmas day. He came by to check on it and add chemicals. Who would demonstrate this type of commitment? I absolutely love my new pool. He gave great ideas and suggestions to help us arrive at the finished product. The crews cleaned up after the job was done. When I put in this pool 10 years ago, I went with the lowest cost and boy did I regret it. If you want to really love your pool you won't be disappointed with this company. I honestly don't have anything I wish they'd done better or different. Worth every penny
