I have worked with Vineyard Pools for many years as I've been working in the pool industry for about 12 years. They did NOT ask me to write a review. I'm a huge fan of Houzz & every once in a great while I'll check the Pros in my area to see if anyone I know is on houzz.
Brenda the sectary is excellent at organizing Ben & Jeffs schedules so that they have time to stop by the job sites.
Ben & Jeff (the brothers that run the business together) design, sell & supervise the jobs.
They learned extremely fast & I don't just consider, but KNOW they are one of the best builders that you can trust in the valley. The communication between the builders & subcontractors is excellent. They are also great at paying their bills, which is important to prevent homeowners from getting their property liened.
I would say don't be intimidated by the photos of their big fancy projects. They do all sorts of projects, small pools & spas too. Throughout the years I've received calls from friends who have a relative or neighbor that got a bid from Vineyard pools and they'll ask me "is this a good company? don't you think they'll do a good job? Well, let me ask you something if YOU were building a pool would you hire them to do your project?"
Yes, yes, yes. They are well run, responsible & trustworthy.
