C&S Tile Distributors

I cannot believe the poor experience I had with this store. We chose our slab of granite (the last one) and they assured us that it was ours and they had tagged it for us. So I spent hours aligning tile and everything else to work around it. I went back to the store a few days later to match things up and the granite was gone. I asked where it was and they said they sent it to my fabricator. Of course, I believed them. A few days later I found out they never sent it, but instead sold it out from under me. When I spoke to the manager (Tristan) about this, he apologized and had no excuse but said he would give me a discount on any stone I needed in the future. I chose 2 more slabs from them, and he never gave me a discount. When I called him on it, he said he had very little margin to work with. So not only do they treat their customers poorly, but they lie to them repeatedly. Don't trust a word they tell you!
