I would not reccomend working with John. Both his attitude and the way he conducts business throughout the process was bad. I should have known that a tile contractor in Nashville that could start that week was going to do bad work. As most good bathroom specialists are weeks to months out. He complained the whole time and tried to surcharge me at the end with BS hourly work. in the end my shower pan does not have enough slope to drain all of the water and my tile grout on the floor is all mismatched colors. so i have a bathroom shower floor with sitting water and multi color grout that cost me a lot more than i expected..
