The tile is good quality, however, the company does not want to own their mistakes. We purchased tile as the warehouse was closing and our tile was sold to someone else accidentally later that. I understand that mistakes happen, however, the expectation is for the company to own and make up for that mistake. Instead, they offered me a contractor discount and some tile cleaner for the issues. Instead of price matching a slightly more expensive tile, they made me pay extra for their mistake. Seems very silly that they wouldn’t swallow an $80 mistake they made. The customer service is what warranted this negative review. I would understand if my project was more than 90 square feet and the price difference was significant but that is not the case here. We had to pay more for tile we settled on and like less out of necessity and an issue they caused themselves.

An unbelievably positive experience. We fell in love with Ceramic Tileworks' Oxidum tile product. What we did not know was that their service was even better. Krista worked with us through our order by the phone. She was incredibly helpful and responsive and our tile was delivered from Minnesota to Colorado in 3 days. While we went with a local firm because we needed the tile immediately (2-3 days), the firm and staff at ceramic tileworks was immensely helpful, responsive and a pleasure to work with. Had we had the 7-10 days for delivery we would have absolutely selected them. Their pricing was also very reasonable compared and allowed me to negotiate a price with our local company. I'i only have four stars because I can't rate the tile and delivery, but I expect the service to be similar to what I experienced.
