Hands down the best service Ive had in recent memory. Cheris took the time to educate me, explain the process and walk me through various stones, etc. My contractor referred me to them and I can see why. Cant say enough good about these folks.

Crocodile Rocks is amazing!! We had a wonderful experience with this company, and, a year after our job was completed, we're still loving our countertops. From the minute we walked in to Crocodile Rocks, Cheris was incredibly helpful, friendly, informative, and thoughtful. She understood her product, she took a lot of time to show us the options that were available, she told us all the ins and outs of each item we were considering, and she patiently allowed us to stroll around the shop to get a feel for each option. We felt talking to Cheris that we were able to make an informed decision about what sort of stone, what sort of edging, what kind of seam layout, etc. It was really a pleasure to work with this family-owned company. A kitchen remodel is a once-in-a-many-years project, but if we ever find ourselves with another kitchen to redo, there's no question: We'll return to Crocodile Rocks.

I love Crocodile Rocks! This was our first kitchen remodel, and Cheris was so knowledgeable, kind, and tireless in answering my many questions. She went above and beyond working with me over the phone to reserve and then purchase a slab of soapstone. She provided references for a few soapstone fabricators as well. We decided to go with Homchick Stoneworks (right next door) who I can't say enough good things about either. Every person we worked with was professional and friendly and went above and beyond for us. We are loving our new soapstone countertops!!

Best selection of soapstone and marble in the Seattle area. Very personalized service that can do everything from introducing you to the various kinds of stone to recommending and working with fabricators to get it installed. It is a family business, so there is no passing the buck.

We were delighted with Crocodile Rocks and highly recommend them! We were looking for soapstone in the Vancouver/Portland area for our kitchen remodel and weren't finding what we were looking for. Our fabricator (From Bend area) recommended we contact Crocodile Rocks in the Seattle area. We were pleased with what we saw on the website as well as their prompt response to email questions. We drove to Seattle to select our slab, and it was totally worth the time. They were knowledgeable, and very patient as they showed us all the slabs we were considering. Well work the drive and I would go back in a heartbeat because of their customer service. Beautiful slabs of soapstone and great service!

I have dealt with Crocodile Rocks several times and each time is a complete pleasure. Cheris Homchick has helped me each time and she is the BEST. On each of my projects were bid out perfect and she went way above and beyond to get my stone and tile to me at a great price. I have referred them to several friends and will use them again.

Crocodile Rocks was fantastic to work with. Chreris was helpful and knowledgable about the stone slabs and can skillfully move stone slabs safely and quickly to allow for a complete assessment of each piece. Great sense of humor, as well! Crocodile Rocks was very well priced compared some of the larger stone companies in the region with ample selection of fine stone slabs. They also were more than willing to hold multiple slabs for me as a kitchen remodel was taking shape without pressure to get it out of there ASAP. I recommend CR to anyone, from designers to builders to end consumers. They rock!

We have used Crocodile Rocks for 2 projects- a large kitchen remodel and a laundry room. We got the most beautiful Calcutta Marble there- it has been a stunning kitchen counter surface and has worn very well. Cheris was great to work with, very organized, and always got back to me promptly with answers to questions. I would highly recommend them, and plan to return for future projects!

I had scoured the city for a certain kind of granite my client wanted that looked way too generic in every location. I couldn't understand why she was obsessed with this particular stone (she had seen a remnant early in her hunting) until I found it at Crocodile Rocks and my heart leapt through the roof of their granite showroom! The most stunning example with amazing little surprising colors that truly hit the heart and soul of my client's taste, yet within the flow of neutrals. Though not a huge warehouse, I was impressed to see some truly unique items that told me the buyer is someone who gets the beauty of stone and understands a designer's desire to have unique material that truly helps create a unique home. UPDATE: We just finished attending the housewarming party for my client's newly renovated home. The stone so perfectly connects all aspects of their collections, life story, and stunning water views. You know you've got the right stone when every time you see or touch it, you get that sense of joy, calm, and inspiration that makes cooking even more of a passion for the chef and lucky guests. I came in with a really tight timeline (2 weeks from start to finish) and they pulled everything together and did a wonderful job. They also sold the remainder of the slab I didn't use and gave me a refund. Amazing people! Very professional, honest, and competent. Thank you.
