It was a mixed bag working with Daniel and Dprocustoms on our multi-bathroom renovation project. On one hand, they definitely do quality work and are attentive to details. Initial pricing was fair, but that's where one of the issues is. Every tiny thing must be explicitly mentioned in the contract, otherwise we were nickel-and-dimed left and right throughout the renovations. Timeliness was also an issue, where we made our expectations of daily progress and presence made, but Dprocustoms plays the usual game of juggling too many contracts at once. So we might have a week of work done, but then suddenly it was pulling teeth the following week to get them to come. Daniel seems incapable of handling larger projects, but does fine with a single bathroom. Overall, he walked off the job after 3 of 4 bathrooms were done, claiming "other" commitments. We would not work with this team again because of these customer service and professionalism issues.

Daniel was fantastic to work with. He installed a beautiful brick floor in our indoor sunroom and tile in our laundry room. We are very pleased with the craftsmanship of his work. Would highly recommend!

Daniel with Dprcustoms Tile did a great job installing tile in my master bathroom shower. It was a small project due to a plumbing issue, but he replaced 9 pieces of 6x6, matched it perfectly to blend with the existing tile.
