Eraldo Serafim and his team are top notch tilers. I'm a developer working in a high end section of Boston; the South End. We do extensive renovations of buildings starting with demo to the brick. Everything is new from frame to finish. Tiling is an essential part of the finish in bathrooms and kitchens. They are very quality conscious. I would say meticulous and very quality oriented. Eraldo is a consummate professional. He's careful, methodical, efficient, and exacting - yet somehow still quick. He spends the time to discuss the job beforehand to ensure your expectations are met, and works well to ensure they are. He's clean and neat with his work area, and other than the occasional buzz of the tile saw, you'd almost never know he was there. Very quiet, soft spoken, and polite - all around just a very nice person, and great to do business with. His pricing is very fair, and it's worth every penny. I would highly recommend him to anyone, he's a pleasure to work with.
