Please do not do business with Findstone- learn from my mistake! Findstone is literally the worst company I have ever done business with. They shipped product that was damaged, then tried to blame the shipping company. The shipping looked fine when it arrived, but it wasn’t until I opened the first box of tiles that I discovered half of it was broken. When I asked to return it for a refund because I had to purchase a replacement product to do a job timely - they gave me the runaround. After a month they said I’d need to pay a 25% restocking fee and pay shipping for return (which is more than the entire cost of the product). I got the runaround for over a month and now I’m stuck with a pallet of unusable tile. I have done a lot of projects ordering online - and have never seen a company that sends damaged product, then doesn’t try to make things right. If I can save anyone else from a similar experience this review is now worth my time. Never buy from Findstone - please learn from my awful experience!

Findstone has a good quality product at a very reasonable price. They followed up to make sure everything was in order within hours of delivery. When we decided to use the same material in another room, they did their best to make sure it matched. Great company!
