We recently used Fine Lines for our kitchen renovation. Our experience was very good and in particular we loved working with Nada. She was so helpful and easy to work with. She took care of everything and personally made sure that we were informed and happy with every decision. The countertops are absolutely beautiful and were installed very professionally. We had some unusual requests including installing a huge 54" sink into marble. They really went above and beyond to make sure the counters were properly built and would stand the test of time. We had considered going with Granite Worx but were not happy with the customer service that we received there, which included waiting around in the showroom for 15 minutes and no one ever showed up. The place was completely empty. We tried coming back a different time and finally got someone but didn't get a good feel of their business. I'm so glad we went with Fine Lines. The only downside with them was that the installers were later than expected in arriving both times that they came to install. Other than that we are extremely pleased with the job that Fine Lines did and highly recommend them. You can tell that they are a top of the line company who genuinely want to create outstanding countertops and care that their clients are happy with the results.

This company was very professional but also very courteous and friendly . I feel Nada went far beyond her "duty". She was so willing to help us with decisions. They worked hard and got the job done quicker then I thought they would. We actually enjoyed them coming to our house as we had great conversations! They were willing to share their knowledge and patiently answered all the questions my husband asked!

Came in below budget with rich and trendy quartz, carrara-look counters. They were responsive and timely. I will be using them for future projects 100%.

Fine Lines offers a great variety of product to choose from. The sales experience was unhurried and very personal. Nada really listened to what we wanted and she went out of her way to help us choose the perfect countertop. Installation was timely and completed to our satisfaction.

Fine Lines supplied and installed our Granite counters tops in our kitchen .. Their service was second to none. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the quality of the granite and the quick turnaround from template to install. I would highly recommend them!

We just had our granite installed today. I am thrilled with phase one which is our kitchen. We chose Titanium gold brushed granite which was a scary choice considering it is very different from the usual blacks I see in most homes. Our sales lady, Nada, was very accommodating and helped us through the process. She was at the St Albert home show with Fine Lines. We still have phase 3 to go through which is our ensuite and laundry room. If it goes as well as what we experienced today I give Fine Lines 9 out of 10. Don and Doreen in St Albert.
