Prior Wall Systems was engaged to resurface existing multi-level, exterior, main entrance concrete stairs to our raised ranch home as well as colour match and re-parge the old concrete foundation surface. Ice damage and the corners on the concrete steps had to be repaired also. The resurfacing work turned out beautifully. Especially, helpful was the willingness to demonstrate multiple looks onsite. The colour and texture coordinated very well with our home exterior. Mr. Fenyak's craftsmanship in creating a stone like texture and hand tinting the surface was far more attractive and cost effective that pouring a new set of stairs. The texture added was especially beneficial to help prevent slipping in the winter. The parging of the house foundation did not require the artistic touch of the stairs, but the work was clean, neat and done in timely manner and really helped tidy up the look of the home from the street.
