Just Tile It LLC

Not a fan. Only open 4 days a week, if you're lucky, and doesn't answer phone. Pretty much only communicates via email, which she does reply rather promptly. We used her for our first house because Amanda Jent was the ID and wanted to use her (a little double dipping going on). So for new home, I scheduled appt 2 weeks in advance and told her we would be there but wanted to get the same things we had bought before. When we got there she was not ready, did not have our old records pulled up, and didn't have any samples out. She also waited on other people while we waited, yet she made us make an appt. Anyway, She called the wood floor rep and talked to him like a dog chewing him out because he didn't have what she wanted... but guess what? She had 2 weeks to get that done when I made the appt. Wasn't his fault she is unorganized. Anyway, I went to another tile distributor, but unfortunately decided to hire Amanda and she wanted us to switch back to "Jen" which we did, then we fired Amanda and was stuck paying over $30,000 for tile. Went to Home Depot for something else and saw some of the same tile for way less. I read where people say she is reasonably priced so I have to assume we were taken advantage of because we trusted Amanda. Also, we had to pay 100% up front, so if you're not happy, too bad. 2 contractors looked at our invoice and were shocked at what we paid.

When we started building our home I had very high expectations for our tile, but was nervous that our budget would not allow for all the beauty and high end tile that we had in mind. Insert Just Tile It. Let's call them the fairy god mother's of tile. They have the best selection of tile, at the best price. They also just so happen to be extremely nice and beyond helpful. Their set up is perfect and they make picking your choices easy breazy, you show/give them your ideas and they turn them into a reality. Jen and Amanda are the BEST! If you need tile, you need them!

Very helpful and mindful of our budget. Offered great design suggestions and advice. We only purchased tile from them, we did not use them as installer but everything worked out flawlessly. I would highly recommend.
