I just wanted to say "Thank you" for all the help you had given me with the color choices and samples. It really helped with the final decision. By the way, I am glad I paid the extra and got the Reflective grout. The backsplash turned out AWESOME!!

My experience with Mike and the rest of mytilebacksplash.com was great. I was searching for a match for my linear mosaic after my original source went out of business. MyTileBacksplash had it for a great price and very inexpensive shipping. They didn't carry the tile in stock, but that's to be expected. Even with the extra time it took for MTB to get it from their distributor, the tile arrived at my house in exactly one week from time of order. It was packaged extremely well, double boxed with foam peanuts. Not a single tile was broken, which is amazing considering how fragile the long natural stone tiles can be. Within 2 hours of their arrival, we had them hung on the wall. We were able to patch the missing section of backsplash and get our kitchen reassembled just in time for my family's arrival the following day for Easter weekend. Both times I contacted MTB, I received a response from Mike so quickly I thought it was some kind of auto-response. The customer service was extremely fast, polite and helpful. For future tiling jobs around the house, I wont even bother googleing again, I will certainly be ordering from mytilebacksplash again. Thanks again Mike for all your help!
