O. Tile

I have used O’Tile on two separate remodels and wish I had more to do in the house so I could use them again. From the very first consultation about what I wanted to the finished bathroom, shower and kitchen, O’Tile exceeded my expectations with service and craftsmanship. Steve is a master artisan who created the most beautiful tile and granite and marble shower and bathroom (and years ago, my new kitchen). If I could give them 10 stars I would. Last month, after finishing a stunning, bespoke, handcrafted shower, which took over a week of meticulous detail and work, two other sub-contractors (a plumber and the shower-glass installers) ruined O’Tile’s work. O’Tile’s Steve and Jonny had to dismantle a large portion of the work and they went at it like surgeons to ensure that the re-build was perfect. And it was. And didn’t charge me a dime. This is what expertise looks like.

The folks from Otile just finished our kitchen "refresher". We had them replace the countertops with quartz, install a new sink, and install undercabinet led strip lighting. We are very pleased with the work they have done. More importantly we are pleased with the people we worked with. Isaac and Marissa are great! They are really nice folks (the kind you'd like to sit down and have a cup of coffee with) and they know their stuff too. Marissa had lots of design ideas, she listened to what we wanted and helped my wife to select materials and a design that she really loves. There were a couple of issues that needed addressing after the work was done and Isaac dealt with them promptly and completely. We are very, very satisfied. Thank you Otile

Outstanding job installing our new floors (wood-plank look tile). They did a beautiful job, including some detailed cuts and fitting pieces. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I can't say enough good things about O Tile. The owners are lovely, helpful and conscientious people that do everything to help and stand behind their product and labor. The installers did a stellar job. The showroom has a better sampling of tiles that I have seen anywhere-and that means all over California. They have very creative and contemporary collections, and the installation work is beautiful. Thanks to O Tile, my house is a stunning showcase!

I recently remodeled my kitchen and family room and O Tile did my tile work. They helped me pick out materials and were courteous & professional on the job site. They installed my floor tile, fireplace tile, granite countertop along with Natural Stone and Tile, and my backsplash. I am very happy with the final result.

Issac installed tile in 3 full baths and our laundry room. He was replacing tired carpeting. He worked during an extremely cold and rainy November week in N. CA and always made certain to keep everything clean! He worked his magic on a very uneven upstairs floor. Issac worked with us to keep costs down, so we painted the baseboards before reinstalling them. The deadline was met and there were no hidden surprises. O. Tile redid our master bathroom last year and did a phenomenal job. Not only were they able to help make design choices during the process, they finished ahead of time and everything looks amazing. Highly recommend them to anybody and would hire them again in a heartbeat.

We go out and measure for shower glass after O Tile is complete with their tile installation, it is so great to go out and not have any issues with their work. Their customers as well as O Tile themselves are a pleasure to work with.

Isaac did a complete makeover of our master bathroom. This included new floor tile with tile heating added, redoing the shower hardware and tile, and adding new sinks and granite for the sink area. Additionally, large mirrored cabinets were added over each sink and new lights were installed. We were so pleased with his work on the master bath, we had him replace the floor tile in the middle bathroom. We have been very pleased with the results of Isaac's work. He was very professional, hard working, kept his work area cleaned up, and his work was timely. We would definitely hire him again.

OTile did the beautiful quartz counters and backsplash in our kitchen. The finished work could not be better. We are having them do another project soon and can't wait because we know it will be a job well done.
