Pepe Tile Installation

I needed 500 Sq. Ft. of basement area to be tiled. The basement was a converted garage in a 1950's row home. The floor is a concrete slab, not particularly well-suited for fresh tile. I knew the project would require a leveling agent to smooth-out the gruff concrete. The job had nuances to consider as well, such as cutting around a plumbing pipe, water heater and furnace. John Pepe is the owner and also the person who came to do the work! I priced-out the installation and got three quotes. John's quote came in at half of the price of the leading flooring retailer in the area. His price was a bit more than Home Depot, but his expertise was well worth it.
