Ramos Timber

This review is long overdue, but we can consider this a long-term review as the patio project was completed by Ramos Timber 7 months ago (July 2023). I can't recommend Ramos Timber enough. My wife and I would rate 6 stars if we could, and this is for a variety of reasons. 1. Craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall design ability was outstanding. Ramos Timber listened carefully to our ideas, provided their input, and came back to us for feedback. We were completely blown away by the final product and are in love with everything out our patio 7 months later. They even added some surprise lighting elements incorporated into our stairs which is lovely. 2. Speed and quietness of their labor. Not only were they able to finish the project within a few days, they were the only company that didn't need to remove bushes to do so. They hauled all materials to the site without heavy machinery, so left minimal trace of ever being there. My wife works night and wasn't once disturbed by all the work going on outside which was an added bonus. They were also the only company that was able to complete the project within a couple months of the first onsite visit. 3. Cost of services was extremely competitive. 4. Trustworthiness and honesty. I felt completely comfortable with Jorge (the owner) who came and visited multiple times during the process. He left us feeling like we were in great hands (and his employees), and this will be the first company we contact for future projects. 5. THANK YOU for an amazing job, sincerely. You have transformed our entire back yard with an absolutely beautiful patio that reminds us of Tuscany every day!

Ramos Timber did an amazing job on my new walk in shower! They were professional and always updated me as to how progress was coming. They educated me through out and helped me make sound decisions on choices I had to make. All of this with a reasonable price tag! Highly recommend

I received multiple bids to pour a concrete pad next to my existing driveway. Ramos was not the low bidder but was very competitive. The supervisors and management made sure they understood exactly what I needed. Once I signed the contract there was no delay in starting the work. The work was done quickly, professionally, and exactly as outlined. No surprise additions or delays. When the work was complete, the job site was properly cleaned up and reviewed with me. I will hire Ramos Timber again without any hesitation and I have already recommended them to friends.

Jorge and his crew did an excellent job installing new backspash in our kitchen. They also repaired a leaking shower floor for us as well. We highly recommend them!
